Plus, Target Circle Members (free to join) always score 1% back on their purchases. Members can also add Circle offers to their account to save both in-store and online so make sure to sign up before the sale starts!

AND, Target Red Cardholders always save 5% on their purchases and score free shipping for even more savings.

The best part about Target Deal Days is that NO membership is required, so everyone can shop the sale!

Amazon Prime Day starts on June 21st!

Is 5% the same that gift cards are off that one day in December? (I can’t remember.) Thank you!

    • Minka

The Target gift cards are usually 10% off a Sunday or two after Thanksgiving.

        Thank you!

The bad thing is that the 5% savings for Target gift cards is the same amount as the 5% you get by using Target Red Card. So no additional discount on most items for buying the gift cards in advance.

I think you could then use the gift card to buy merchandise, and get 5% off of it with your Circle membership. I could be wrong, and will probably check this out with Target.

Can we see what the deals will be? Or do we have to wait until then?

      Be sure to stay tuned!

I’m sad that Target no longer sells the metal giftcoins. They made wonderful gifts for my five great-nieces and nephews since their ages are 6 months to 10 years and none of them live near me.

I also am curious about how this would work with my 5% Redcard discount.. I have the debit and wouldn’t see any additional savings if I bought gift cards in advance since I already get 5% off.. right??

Yes, the 5% discount only applies to what you pay out of pocket. If I used a $100 gift card I bought with the 5% off deal and used it on a $150 purchase, only the remaining $50 would get the RedCard discount.
