Target has dinner covered even on the busiest nights!
Stuck in a dinner rut? Head to Target for easy, family-friendly meals that are affordable and delicious! These Meal Bags start at just $11.99 and include everything you need for a hot meal in 15 minutes or less.
The selection of meal bags will vary by store, but we spotted mouthwatering meal options like Pulled Pork Sliders, Chicken Alfredo with Fettuccini, Tomato Tortellini Soup, and more. Some options even include a salad for a complete meal!
Plus, even if you’re not an experienced cook, you can create a delicious meal to feed 3-4 people. The most difficult skill needed is knowing how to boil a pot of water if you opt for a bag that contains pasta. Other than that, most of these meal kits require no actual cooking and contain heat and serve ingredients – easy peasy!

These meal bags get rave reviews too!
“This was the first time I saw a meal kit in the store. I usually ignore most Target-brand items (Good&Gather) because I’m usually pretty loyal to specific brands, but when I saw the bag and realized it was a full meal kit, I went ahead and grabbed it with some others. I made it for dinner last night and we loved it! It has some good brands mixed in with some Target-brand items and the price is really reasonable. I hope they keep making these available because I love them! Definitely going to grab more if I see them on my next run.”
“I always grab a bag when I go to target because it’s a simple and easy meal during the week and it’s more than enough for three people so you might leftovers which is a great deal for the price of the bag. Definitely a must. Hope Target does more of these.”
If you’re going to order takeout or dine out, these restaurant deals can help you save!
This looked like a good idea to try. Unfortunately, it looks like my Target doesn’t carry them. I wonder if it’s a region thing, Super Target stores or there are certain test stores trying it. I hope to see it soon in my area.
Definitely something I’d grab. Seems like maybe a test area. We have 7 stores in a 20 mile radius and only 1 carries it. Ours start at $12.99 also.
Another thought, you could just place the separate items it your cart and pick them up. I just did a sample of the chicken burrito bowl. In the bag it’s $14.99 but if I just get the separate items at my local target it’s $15.06 before the red card discount. 7cents to not drive out of the way seems like the answer for me!
My Target offers 5 different meal bags and they are all priced $14.99.
