Michelle, on Sundays when the new coupons and ads come out the Wags app in particular and the web site often go squirrely . If you are using the app it was dumping the cart out on me. Try switching over to a web browser or just call and let a rep do the ordering for you. Sometimes a real person is restful compared to fighting the machines. I wish you a better day.
