This is a great size for a compact car. I drive a Hyundai Elantra and this fits both rear and front-facing. It leaves enough room on either side for additional passengers and does not require that the front seats be pushed up too far/too close to the dash. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
I love this car seat. It’s very easy to move in and out of vehicles and super easy to adjust the straps. The additional cushioned insert with cushioned headrest is perfect for your baby when they’re small and once your child is bigger it can be removed. Plus, it’s super easy to pull the cushioned liners out and wash them. Also, the baby cup/bottle holder is awesome and super convenient for our son! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

I need a car seat for a 2 1/2 year old. My nephew for when I take him. Is this worth it for me or should I look at others?
If he’s rear-facing still, this would be good. (Rear faces to 40lbs and 49″). If forward facing I’d look for something else called a combination seat that forward faces and eventually converts to a booster. A good page to check out is Car Seats for the Littles.
