These are great to keep stashed in your vehicle or purse, or to take along with you to the park. They’re also nice for wearing while garden, cutting the grass, or other outdoor tasks when the temperatures are high.
Wrap this Chilly Mini around your neck and instantly cool off by up to 30 degrees. It provides hours of cooling relief and is washable and reusable, and can absorb up to eight times its weight in water.
Once wet, the towels produce a cooling effect with the help of evaporation. As long as the towel is wet, exposed to the air, and allowed to “breath,” the towel will help keep you cool.

I found them on an end cap with seasonal stuff.

I bought them today at Dollar Tree … in the bath section, right next to the bath poufs and sleep masks. Note … when I opened one, it was super duper hard and very stiff. I soaked it in a cup of water, and voila!
