I have three kids so this three-pack was perfect. Just like most kids these days, they love all these surprise toys. First, you remove the plastic then take off the stick to reveal a hole. You need to fill it completely full with water. First I just put a tiny bit in and nothing happened until I filled it up. Some of the balls expanded and opened themselves with the snow, but one had the teeny tiny tape hold and you just have to squeeze the ball to open. We received 2 rare animals!
The snow was very messy and has glitter confetti in it!!! The kids were overjoyed but mom was not prepared for this. They wanted to save the snow, so we put it in a large Tupperware container so it became a little sensory bin they could play with their animals in. If I had known the snow was so messy, I would’ve had the kids fill them with water inside the big Tupperware in the first place.

We LOVE THESE! Both of my kids just opened theirs after school today. We put the globe into a sensory bin container first; after reading the post tips. They entire experience was SO MUCH FUN for them! They loved the way the snow magically grew; I thought the extra packet of snow so that they could grow more to add to the sensory bin was a great bonus! They played alongside each other with these for an hour (big imaginations over here!). I quickly put 8 more into my cart for store pickup tomorrow. I’m ABSOLUTELY the mom that is okay with glitter, kinetic sand, legos, stickers, finger paints, & anything else they need for an engaging, creative good time. If you prefer a museum-like abode or vacuum twice a day then these are not for you. If you are okay with the FUN stuff & your kid loves surprises, has an affection for small toys, science, or sensory bins GET SOME.
