I’ve never heard of this brand of water bottles. What do you like about them?
I chose this deal instead of the s’well bottle from Nature Valley/Annie’s etc because this bottle is dishwasher safe. Already received it and I like the size and weight.

They gave me the points but told me my purchase was not eligible for the reward (I bought 3 boxes with the promo on them 😔). How did you get KFR to correct the issue?
I have purchased over 20 boxes during this promotion. I tried submitting receipts three different times, and each time was told it didn’t qualify, even though I have done these kinds of promotions in the past with no problem. I am very competent, and was following the directions, but I gave up and decided it wasn’t worth the hassle. You win some, you lose some!
Check the top of the rules or the list of participating products, some don’t qualify, send a pic of boxes helps too maybe
Yeah, that’s what happened to me, I sent a pic of the 3 boxes with promo showing, and an email on their site and said I was confused as to how I got pts but no credits, they fixed it in maybe 2 days

Yes, the same receipt works for multiple offers, you just have to submit it for each eligible offer
I also, had a problem submitting my receipt but when I contacted them, the agent credited me all three credits. I received the water bottle and it’s really nice. Also, you can submit the receipt for more than one offer.
The special offers beside just regular points you have to submit separately for. But for each special promo/offer that I have signed up for in the past – 1 free month of Disney, Free Milk and this water bottle none took even though I submitted separately at each link. I had to contact chat in each case. I am fairly certain there is an issue with their special offer page for other special offers do not credit either like double points for certain products. I went back and audited my account and found that not only was I not being credited for double I was not being credited for the correct amount per product purchased. I was due over 10,000 points and the missing 3 special offers. I have pointed out over and over there seems to be a system issue to Kelloggs but they continue to treat my concerns as a “1” off. The other known issue is not being able to print coupons since June of last year.
