As others have posted, this box only contains the twelve items pictured, not the sixteen listed. The store looked through two boxes after I purchased one and both only contained 12 items. I returned it. A biolage conditioner, the eyeshadow, eyelash serum, and mascara are all missing.
Oh bummer! So sorry to hear that all 16 items were not included. I do still see the item list within the details to note 16 products. Thank you for the feedback on the boxes at your location, Rachel!
