They had this promo earlier this year and the order was canceled. Just like the supposedly free Colgate toothbrush

Got points for creating account and for answering questions. But no points to signing in on the app. Only got 1750 points.
I was able to get the points, placed an order, now today 7/12 I got an email saying they cancelled my order. The points were not refunded.
