Starbucks Cannon Ball Refresher Is Here + New Matcha Valentine’s and Protein Drinks
Get ready for new Starbucks drinks!

Starbucks just rolled out a new limited-time Refresher in celebration of the second season of Beast Games.
The Cannon Ball Drink is a tart lemonade mixed with Strawberry Açaí and Mango Dragonfruit Refreshers, topped with fruit pieces that get swirled in for a purple ombré look. It will be featured in tonight’s new Beast Games episode, a Beast Games x Survivor crossover, so if you’re a fan of fruity drinks or the show, it’s worth checking out while it’s around.
Don’t forget that more new Starbucks menu items are rolling out in February…

Starting in February, Starbucks will be offering some tasty new menu items! The menu will feature vibrant new matcha beverages, limited-time Valentine’s Day drinks, new caramel protein drinks, Dubai chocolate drinks, pistachio beverages, and a new dark-roast whole-bean coffee.
Plus, they’ll be offering some delicious new bakery and food items!
Let’s take a closer look at the newest Starbucks drinks:

These two new matcha beverages feature layers of color, flavor and texture. The new drinks are Iced Double Berry Matcha and Iced Banana Bread Matcha.
Plus, the raspberry syrup that is featured in the Iced Double Berry Matcha will also become part of the year-round menu!

Starbucks will offer two limited-edition Valentine’s Day beverages to celebrate the season of love in 2026! These new drinks include White Chocolate Strawberry Cream Cold Brew and Strawberry Shortcake Frappuccino, yum!

Starbucks is kicking off the new year with two new caramel protein beverages, Caramel Protein Matcha and Caramel Protein Latte (both are joining the year-round menu!)
Both beverages can be crafted with classic caramel or a new sugar-free caramel syrup and are available hot or iced.

Inspired by the viral Dubai chocolate trends, Starbucks is adding two new limited-time Dubai Chocolate drinks for winter. You can choose between the Iced Dubai Chocolate Matcha or the Iced Dubai Chocolate Mocha, both topped with pistachio cream cold foam and a salted brown buttery topping.

Starbucks fan favorite pistachio flavor is back and, for the first time, it will be sticking around beyond winter so you can enjoy it all year in drinks or as a cold foam add-on.
The winter pistachio lineup includes the Pistachio Cortado, Pistachio Cream Cold Brew, Pistachio Latte (hot or iced), and Pistachio Frappuccino, all featuring that favorite pistachio flavor with a lightly salted brown buttery topping.

Also being added to the Starbucks brewed and whole bean coffee lineup is 1971 Roast, a blend that celebrates the five decades of Starbucks! This bold and dark-roast coffee blend has notes of toasted sugar and rich walnut.

Get ready for irresistible new treats and fun, globally inspired flavors popping up on the bakery menu. Tasty new additions include the Dubai Chocolate Bite, Cookie Croissant Swirl, Yuzu Citrus Blossom, Berry Blondie, Strawberry Matcha Loaf and Chocolate Pistachio Loaf.

New Truffle, Mushroom, and Brie Egg Bites are joining the menu for a limited time, made with cage free eggs blended with black truffles, creamy brie, and mushrooms, then cooked sous vide for an extra smooth texture and rich flavor.

The crave-worthy Khloud Protein Popcorn is now coming to Starbucks in convenient individual bags, each with 7 grams of protein per serving.

Starbucks is rolling out two Ellenos Greek Yogurt flavors. The No Added Sugar Muesli yogurt pairs unsweetened yogurt with a crunchy, no‑sugar‑added muesli topping for a satisfying, protein‑packed bite. The Strawberry Shortcake yogurt puts a fun twist on the classic dessert, topped with a buttery cookie crumble and plenty of protein.

The Valentine Cake Pop returns to the seasonal menu as a fun, bite‑sized way to celebrate the winter holiday!

does that mean the holiday drinks stay until feb? ex. gingerbread chai?
Great question, Ashley! Holiday drinks like the Gingerbread Chai don’t usually stick around until February. They’re offered for a limited seasonal window, and once Starbucks officially moves on to the next seasonal menu, those drinks are phased out. Some locations may still have ingredients a bit longer, but once the season ends or supplies run out, they’re no longer available. 💕 Hoping this helps!
I used salted caramel jordan’s skinny syrup at home and I love it. The new SF caramel here has a very chemical taste so I will have to stick with the SF vanilla
Thanks for the heads up on what you’ve liked best! ❤️
