Wait…McDonald’s Sell Ice?! Yes, And You Can Even Order It Through the Drive-Thru!
Have you ever wondered, ‘Does McDonald’s sell bagged ice?‘ YES, (at most locations)!
The size and price of the bag will vary by location. However, you can expect 8lb to 10lb bags being sold in the ballpark of $1.99 to $2.99 (~24¢ per pound).
*For comparison, my local gas station sells 7-pound bags of ice for $2.52, which comes out to 36¢ per pound.
How do I purchase McDonald’s ice?
If you don’t see ice specified on the menu, be sure to ask the cashier or manager. Many of our teammates were able to find it in their McDonald’s app under ‘Sauces & Condiments’.
Hip2Save’s Lina scooped up an 8 lb. bag, and she didn’t even have to get out of her car! Yup, she ordered it through the drive-thru! 🙌

Chick-fil-a sells bags of ice too. You can order it in the app. under Beverages > Other, or order it in the drive through/in store. I love their crunchy ice! 🙂
