I took the FLO PMS gummies for three months when they first came out with them. They tasted amazing, like a really yummy fruit snack, but they didn’t work at all for me. There were no changes in my cycle or amount of pain and my hormonal breakouts only worsened. I now use Semaine PMS & Period support and it works wonders from the very first dose! No side effects at all, unlike these gummies. I also had a subscription plan with FLO and never received any sort of refund, just a generic response saying they don’t work for everyone. They advertised a money back guarantee at the time. Read the negative reviews before ordering and consider how miserable the side effects may be. There are better products with better quality ingredients out there!
