Hop on over and let’s create a fun Easter treat!

My Valentine’s Day snackle box has been a hit with you all, and some of you have even sent in photos of your own cute boxes! THANK YOU, as I love when you share your projects!

So today I thought it would be fun to make a cute Easter or spring version. I love this easy project so much as it takes just a few minutes to assemble a personalized box that makes for a thoughtful gift!

The best part is you can easily get all the supplies with a Walmart+ membership! I have been a Walmart + member for years and the free same-day grocery delivery and free shipping benefits especially have been a lifesaver. I use them all the time!

First, I placed an online shipping order for these cute tags. Shipping is free on most orders (excludes most Marketplace items, freight & certain location surcharges) with a Walmart+ membership, which makes it really easy to get exactly what I need.

And I already made a Walmart+ grocery delivery order with groceries for my family as well as an upcoming recipe I’ll be sharing, so I added all my candies and plastic tackle box for this project, too. It’s really so convenient to not need to leave the house when I’m in the middle of a project or recipe, and Walmart+ grocery delivery is free with a $35+ order (restrictions apply).

What Easter candy did I use to create my tackle box?

If the candies I used aren’t available in all locations, there are many other similar options available. Choose the candy that works best for you!

Directions

1

Fill each compartment with the desired candy.

2

Tape on a label to the front of the container. Use a marker to add a name or greeting.

Extra tips for making this fun Easter snack box:

  • Feel free to create a larger box perhaps with some savory snacks or crackers instead of candy! I was thinking Annie’s bunny crackers and graham crackers could be super cute for Easter.
  • If you are concerned about a container being food-safe, look for the number on the plastic container. The ones I bought have a number 5 on the back and are generally safe for food storage. According to Heathline.com, plastics 1, 4 & 5 are the safest for food storage.
  • Or you might consider using only candy or food in a wrapper, if you’re concerned about the plastic.

What a cute and unique Easter snack gift idea!

This could even be fun to include in an Easter basket. I love that you can decide what snack or candy to put in those little compartments and it’s totally customizable. I gave this to my teens and they were super excited to receive one.

Let us know what you’ll be including in your Easter snackle box!

So cute. I did this theme last Easter for my 3 grandsons. They all love to fish so we bought them telescoping fishing rods, found clearance tackle boxes and then filled it with fish themed candy like gummy sharks etc. They loved it!!!
