I have tried many different types of sleep masks, and this one wins the competition! The padding around the eyes is sufficient to hold the eye covers high enough so that they don’t interfere with my eyelids. The fabric is very soft and comfortable. It fits well around the nose, and the extra padding helps to keep out stray light where it can easily enter. I wear it every night, and honestly, I can’t tell whether it’s light in the room or not until I at least move the mask a little off center and let light in. It can be bright mid-morning, and it looks like the middle of the dark night to me until I take off this mask.
