Even if you didn’t make it all the way to end check the “my account” tab at the top right and look and see. When I clicked on it it said my order was ‘roasting’ but I have not been charged and I don’t have a confirmation e-mail. When clicking on the details I did have a confirmation number so we shall see.
After appliying promo code cheggoff nothing happens.

Aw man, I finally got through and was ready to pay when I noticed the shipping was being added. Then I realized it was past midnight on the east coast and the offer had expired. Too bad, i was really looking forward to my $2 hot cocoa.

Yes I too tried to order and kept getting the error message about 20 MILLION TIMES!!!!!! YIKES……I just received my first email with a shipping charge of $7.95. Oh MY tomorrow will be an interesting day if I keep getting e-mails.

Last night I was getting the same message about ” system time out”.
But luckily this morning I got 2 order comfirmations.Gladly I only got 2 not 20.

I called this morning and they canceled my unwanted (shipping only- sheesh!) orders without hassle. I did have to wait a little while, but I put the phone on speaker and cleaned. Please be kind when you call; can you imagine the day these poor folks are going to have? Yikes!
Well, after a day of attempting to get the Fall Flavor Duo Pack, I checked my account with them this AM and there it is was….an order number showing my card had been charged for $2.95. YAY!!!! No email confirmation but the status shows “Roasting”
I was able to get through to customer service this morning. I was charged for my order but never got confirmation. They said the order didn’t go through and that the offer wasn’t good anymore so all they could do was reverse the charge. I really wanted that cocoa too!

I never got t hrough last night and finally gave up around 10:45 pm, but this morning I had 1 order confirmation email and my order shows in my account on their site, so hopefully it will come.
I tried and tried from 9 am pacific time to 9 pm pacific time. I was finally able to get to the checkout page and when I checked out after waiting about 5 minutes it said I had nothing in my cart. GRRRRRRR. If they are going to advertise something like this I believe they need to get better servers. I thought the Sears web site was bad. Boca Javas web site was horrific!

I was delighted to get my hot cocoa today. It was nicely packaged and arrived sooner than I thought possible. I placed my order early in the day, soon after Colin first posted it and had no trouble with it. (I check this site as often as possible, often hourly and it ALWAYS pays off.) I cancelled my order when I had to agree to receive more coffee every few months. I got sucked into this with Gevalia.
Got a call today, Monday, 10/4, from Boca Java. I e-mailed them regarding the problems I had getting my order for the $2 coffee deal placed. They went over the order with me, were very polite, and placed the order over the phone. They did allow the $10 off and the free shipping. Was quite impressed with their customer service. They did not have to call me. I know they were overwhelmed with orders that day.
I just got a confirmation today that my order is being shipped! Yea!
As many others, I had troubles ordering, even if I tried all day. After midnight I tried again, and of course free shipping wasn’t working anymore. Still, I used the 10$ off code and the 5$ off code they emailed me for registering on their website. With the 15$ off I ordered the Mash Ball Tea Infuser and my total was -0.17$. I kept trying to place the order again and again, and I thought it didn’t work… Until today, when I got 4 email confirmations for the same order. And it looks like they shipped 4 infusers in 4 packages, cause I got 4 different tracking numbers!! A little crazy! I only needed 1. I’m surprised they didn’t email me back to ask if there was any mistake… I would have preferred if my initial order that included tea went through. I’m getting infusers and I don’t have tea 🙂 It’s still, nice though 🙂
I received my fall flavor duo today but they sent me whole bean instead of the universal grind that I ordered. Customer Service was great and they are sending me the right order. This means I got 4 bags for $2.98! Made my day.
