I did this Renpure deal at CVS awhile back when they had them BOGO free and I used ECB’s to pay and they denied my rebate because I used coupons. I tried to dispute this but they wouldn’t give in. I suggest if you do this to pay cash and use no coupons. So you can get your money back…Just wanted to share my experience 🙂

OH NO…:-( I bought this shampoo and conditioner few days ago at CVS(B1G1), and sent that rebate form last weekend…I used ECB..so basically I didn’t pay any money.:-( I guess I’ll not get rebate huh? Arrrgh…I wish I knew this much sooner!

Anyways, Thank you Josie, to let us know about that! 🙂 That was my first rebate form I’ve sent…from now on, I’ll pay full cash on any rebate products. Another question…if they deny my rebate, can I send them another (same) rebate form AGAIN, as long as I paid full price?
I’m not sure on the limit, Most rebates are 1 per household unless otherwise specified
Renpure has no limit on rebates per household, but you have to have the actual form per item you’re requesting the rebate for. I emailed customer service last time they ran this deal at Rite-aid, and they told me to purchase in one transaction and send everything in one envelope, as long as I had enough forms for each item.
Eunsil, you really did pay money…ecb’s are money since you can buy something else in the store with it. check the status of your rebate. But I think sometimes people don’t realize that ecbs, rr’s, etc., are really money.

I used coupons but like ALL of my rebates I black out everything except the items that were involved in the rebate…I learned this last year and was nervous to do it at first but I have been doing it for all rebates…all year and have never been denied a rebate! 🙂 Just thought I’d share that…(yep, did the Renpure rebate last year too….!)

My RA – took the bottles that were attached, apart before the last BOGO sale. So my store has lots of single bottles. I bought 4 bottles months ago – used Qs and got back the entire purchase price. I sent in 2 at a time and got both checks. I am going to go stock up this week.
The Manufacturer Rebate is one per household, right? Did you use different addresses?
Renpure will pay as many rebates as you send in, but they usually ONLY reimburse what you pay OOP. +UP/ECB/RR are usually not reimbursed, as previous commenters mentioned. I normally black out my receipts as previous commenters also mentioned, but make sure you scan your receipt to your computer first. I’ve had a few companies deny rebates for sending “altered” receipts, so it’s possible you might need that receipt for resubmission if the blacked-out one is denied.
r the renpure shampoo and conditioner even good? i heard not so good reviews regarding them. thats wy i didnt watch the october videos.
I bought the moisturizing shampoo/conditioner (red bottle). IMO, I didn’t think it did anything special to my hair, and smelled a little bit like household cleaner. However, I cannot complain when I am getting 2 bottles and paying nothing (after mail-in rebate).
I agree, it smells like dishwashing soap…
I am looking for a nice smelling conditioner for the Dog! I have been using a coconut organics (which was free a while ago…) and as long as it smells good the dog won’t care! LOL
I still have the red from a previous deal and haven’t tried it yet but really liked the green a lot!
I’ve sent them two separate rebates, and did not get a rebate back either time..not worth it if they are not going to send it.

When I used this in my hair it smelled like a household cleaner..any felt sort of thin..I have only used it three times and haven’t since. Hope that helps someone
I can tell you from experience that if you use coupons to purchase these Renpure products and then send in for the “Try Me Free” rebate you will only get back the amount you paid after coupons, not before. I did a similar deal earlier and was hoping for a money maker, but sadly, they only reimburse your OOP cost. Just a heads up! 🙂
My RA had the double bottles I was soexcited!! aso it had the rebate tag but i forgot to had th cashier print me out dupliate receipts and I ave two separate rebates is thereanything I can do?
you can put more than one rebate in an envelope for this rebate as long as you have rebate tags for each item. Is this what you are asking about? i have done this rebate about 10 times and have gotten all my rebates back. they do take a while to come back 6 -8 weeks.

it was for the month of october video values. i believe yesterday was the last day to watch the video and get the coupon for in your account
I have already received two rebate checks from Renpure… one about a month ago and one last week. I just dropped another rebate request in the mail today. I did use the video values coupon, so I’m guessing I’ll only get $3.99 back… but still free, so it works for me! 🙂
I’m still using this from the Walgreen’s deal awhile back. I will agree with most commenters about this product, it’s not the best but I’ve been using it for what seems like ever and it’s worked good enough for me…it’s no Biolage that’s for sure!
I did a Renapure deal (from Rite Aid) several months ago using coupons and sending in the TMF. I NEVER got a denial,et , or a rebate check of ANY kind!!! I tried several times to follow up on this with no luck……….so Beware, it may happen to you.
I didn’t see any +UP mentioned in my ad either. If there isn’t a +UP available I doubt this would be worth it unless I could find the double bottles. Sorry, it’s just that there are better deals out there. This shampoo didn’t get good reviews in this particular post.
i started using repure because it is sulfate free. I have thick coarse hair and it works great for me. I did try wen before repure and i hated it. My hair felt waxy and limp. So i tried repure and i like it. If you have thick coarse hair and it frizzes i recommend it.
no video value available anymore either..so i will wait for a better deal!
i like the the green bottle the best. i dont care that much for the other two kinds. but the green one seems to do alright
