I got 2 tanks tops and a pair of shorts for 50 cents!
My coupon beeped and said item not found, the cashier and manager said the coupon is only good for regular price not for clearance. No luck! My total is $9.98. I don’t know what if I add one more sleep shirt make the total $11.48, will the coupon still beep???
It should work if you add another item. The total has to be AT LEAST the amount of the coupon.

FINALLY! 🙂 My Target actually had something that was worth getting with a coupon. There were no leapfrog’s marked down, nor had there been the thomas beginner train in stock for the past two weeks (however they were nice enough to check and a Target that is 45 minutes away has 17, geez thanks. After gas, I am only saving about $5 if I drive that far). My Target is also super duper picky about coupons, not even following there own guidelines sometimes. BUT today I scored bigtime. I was able to do three transactions, I had printed 2 coupons from the home computer and 1 from my neighbors. At lunch I went with a couple co-workers who were nice enough to use a coupon each so as to avoid the trouble. I was able to get 2 pairs of flannel PJ bottoms, 2 flannel PJ shorts, 3 long sleeve light PJ shirt, and 2 summer like PJ shorts. All and all I was out about $4 with tax. I am so excited, we have 5 kids, two are teen girls. So this was perfect!

Oh, and all three coupons beeped. At this target anything on clearance beeps. but the lady looked at each item to make sure the brands were correct, and the total was over $10, and she pushed each transaction through. That hasn’t happened in months.
At the Everett, WA store the sleep shirts were not marked down yet but I did manage to find two random sleepwear items that were 1.98 so I only did two transactions and paid about ten bucks out of pocket. But considering the total value of the items is about sixty dollars I am happy. I’m thinking about going to the Lake Stevens one later on in the week to see if they have a better selection. I did get some awesome Christmas gifts though, and got myself a cute pair of Nick and Nora pants too. I was bummed to see the three tag Jr’s from yesterday were gone, I was considering getting one for my niece. But they were only marked down to 27.98 and the full price ones are 29.99 so I might as well get her a brand new one with a random book about shapes. 🙂
Worked great for me! I was able to find 4 halloween sleep shirts for $1.50 each and then I bought 2 long sleeve shirts on sale for $8.00. After coupons it was $2.00 + tax! The coupon beeped but I waited patiently as the teenage boy (they are the best!) checked a few things and then pushed it through! Yeah!
Male cashiers are the BEST! I hate to say it, but female cashiers can get *gasp* jealous that you are a conscientious shopper and getting that good of a deal! I tell myself that male cashiers think, “Man, homegirl can save some money!”

I was a little frustrated when I saw that only Halloween shirts were $1.50. I don’t celebrate Halloween. But then… I was going through everything and I was able to buy:
1- zebra printing sleep pants – $2.50
1- babydoll – $4.98
1- intimates shirt – $3.24
Total $1 ( tax included!!!! ) out of pocket!!!!!

I was also at the cosmetics and found out that Rimel mascara was on clearence for $1.37. But at the package there was a $1off coupon. So I got a couple mascaras for ONLY $.037 each!!!! Great stocking gifts!!!!
I printed the 10 dollar target coupon and went to the big girls section where they have pj pants on sale from 7.99 to 6 dollars I picked out three pair and the 10 dollar coupon worked i paid 9.64 for all three pairs for my 6 yr old. thanks
I was able to get a t-shirt, satin shorts and a NURSING BRA! For FREE! I wasn’t sure if the bra would work, but it (along with normal bras) was in the clearance with the sleepwear and was the right brand, so after some other difficulties, the coupon was pushed through and all was free! I was also getting A Christmas Carol (with $10 coupon) and a stocking for my son, so, considering I ended up paying the same amount for all of the above as I would have for JUST the movie (w/o coupon) at Wal-Mart, I was pretty stoked.
I was not able to use the coupon because the coupon didn’t have the watermark it should have for target web coupon….maybe I will try a different Target tomorrow.
what do you mean??? Target store coupons do not print out like Manuf. coupons. They don’t have pin #s or watermarks in the background. Across the top will say
Target Web Coupon ———- Expiration Date
Underneath this will be the Amount off followed by a description and a picture.
Bar Code is the bottom right and it will print the same for everyone. Its a long number,26 digits.
I don’t remember what the previous Target web coupon look like so I didn’t get the item…the girl didn’t let it go through. I will try it again tomorrow.
You gotta be kidding….I would try a different register …. like most of these stores….success depends on what line you get in to…which is a shame!!
Scored a pair of solid black Xhilaration Sleep pants and 2 Xhilaration tees for $2.08 after coupon for my oldest daughter for Christmas. Going to check another Target tomorrow and see if I find any others I really like. 🙂

No Halloween shirts at the store I went to, unless they were in another section (I didn’t go looking to see if they still had a seasonal clearance section) and the other sleepwear was only 30% off. BUT I ended up finding a couple of long sleeve Henleys that didn’t look at all like pajamas to me that were marked down to $5.98 that I’ll probably end up wearing during the day and a pair of super comfy flannel long pants for $6.98. After the coupon it was just $9 for all three, which is cheaper than thrift store prices so I’m still happy.
I got exactly the same deal in Mesa, AZ. Those long sleeve henleys are nice, with a little ruffle around the neck. I’ll be wearing mine with jeans.

Target would not let me use the coupon on sale items. GGRR..I sent them an email letting them know that tonight was a great reminder why I choose Meijer!

Wow….I got 15 pieces of clearance pj’s …. used 5 – $10 off coupons …. that’s $50 OFF … PLUS…. I got me two boxes of Quaker Instant Grits ($1.92each) and used 2 $2.00 off Quaker Instant Oatmeal coupons (made .16 cents)!! My 3 piece PJ sets cost me less than $6.00 for entire outfit….which included, a tank, adorable pants, and a zip up ‘sweatshirt’!!!! Gonna look like I spent some extra mulla on my nieces this year!!! Yay Collin! I got off work and zipped to Target! I had a bad feeling I might have been “pushing” my luck with this deal, as my Target is not very coupon friendly, and every item beeped, Item not purchased, etc, but my nice male cashier saw that they were all sleepwear and the brands specified! I told him I was trying to save money, and he said nope, buy it all! It wont be here much longer! (OMG!) I got 2 pairs of PJ shorts, 2 pairs of PJ pants, and 5 assorted tees all for $3.57 out of pocket! YIPEE!!! I am going to go back and get some PJ sets for my sisters… we have a “functional” Christmas theme… 😉 I hope I get another great cashier!!!
I used the coupon you posted and was able to score a PJ shirt, PJ shorts and a pair of PJ pants. All for just 50 cents! And the best part is they’re all orange and pink so I can mix and match! Thanks for posting such an awesome deal, Collin! 🙂
I bought three pair of lounge pants yesterday and they were all clearance and they took the coupon. It took a couple of swipes but it worked. Cashier was impressed! Thanks for the tip.
I was able to print 2 coupons and my husband printed 2 coupons. I made 2 shopping trips to Target on different days and picked “coupon friendly” cashiers (yes, I’m there enough to know which lines to stand in. The total of my items, each time, was under $10, so I got it all for free, they just had to adjust the coupon downward in value. I got 4 pairs of pajama pants, 1 pair of pajama shorts, and 7 pajama tops all for free—this is the best coupon ever!
I’ve hit three different Targets in two days. Printed out 4 coupons and got 12 items for around $3.00 total! Thrilled!
So I went and got 2 Xhilaration night shirts and one pair of night shorts, all three together totaled $4.99, used my $10 coupon, got them for free and took $5.01 off the rest of my purchase!!!
I went to the Target by my house and got a really good deal with no coupon problems. So I decided to go to the Target by my work to do the same thing and the manager said I couldn’t use the coupons on clearance items. I looked online at Target’s policy and it said nothing about being able to use the coupons on clearance items. Of course it didn’t say I couldn’t use it on clearance items either. So is this something that is left up to each store, each cashier or each manager to decide? Or is there some kind of corporate statement or policy that I can print off and show them when I have problems?
I used 4 coupons at three different store without any problems. There is no reason you shouldn’t have been able to use those coupons. If they weren’t meant to be used on clearance items, it would be printed on the coupon. You should have asked that manager to show that to you in writing. Good luck!
It does not exclude the clearance items. One of mine cashiers did not wanted to accept the coupon then she called a supervisor who also did not wanted accept it and finally after the manager came she was very upset why they were holding the line without any reason. She said that the coupon was totally OK to accept. She was standing there while I did my second transaction to be sure that the cashier was doing it right.
My printer is not liking me so I was wondering if anyone can tell me what the expiration date is for the pj coupon??

Expiration date on the PJ coupon is December 25th.

I was so excited about the $10.00 pj coupons that I ran to my local Target as soon as I was off from work. I did two transactions, because the coupons said you could only use one coupon per. I was a little disappointed that most of the clearance items were still a little high, in the $9-$10 range, but I was still able to get a few things for free. My first transaction was for two camis and a sleep short that were totally free. The second transaction was for two sleep shorts and a tank top, which ended up costing me about $4.00.
I’m going to print two more coupons from my husband’s computer and go back for more. I really need to do Christmas on the cheap this year and two of the sets of sleepwear that I got will be for my teenage aged granddaughter.

I went yesterday and got 3 items that cost a little over 5.00 and I also got the 29.99 tag jr system (I had 15.00 in coupons for that) and was hoping if I pick my cashier carefully I would get the almost 5.00 not spent on pjs back on overage to cover more off on the tag system. sure enough I spotted the cashier took the stuff up there handed him my coupons and my total was 10.50!! I got $20 of coupons taken off:) all he did was ask me if I bought the item on the coupon I said yep!
I checked the rack and saw bunches of the $1.50 shirts on the rack – there were tons of “I heart Vampires” ones that I figured I could bring as gifts at a Twilight party my friend is hosting. They were all gone by the time I printed my coupons and got back to the store!

As usual, my local Target in MD would not honor this coupon. I was told by the cashier, and manager that I could not use the coupon on clearance items (along with the manager shaking her head and rolling her eyes at me for attempting it). It’s really tough to go through this EVERYTIME I try to get the deals Target themselves offer. I called customer service and they are always more than accommodating, but it’s still frustrating. Wishing my couping wasn’t shunned over here!
Wow, I’m sorry you don’t live in California, I have had no trouble at all using this coupon. I have never heard a coupon not being taken because you’re using it on clearance items. The coupon does not exclude it, so they should honor your coupon.
well i want to share my amazing target trip!!! first off in the end i paid $0 not even tax! even though tax is not included on most coupons! i went with a $15 and $5 coupons for leap frog hoping to spend $5 and get a leapster pen but they had none! instead i got a $10 leapster book for free plus my cashier did not know how to bring the soupon down to the right price so she told me to go get $5 worth of stuff. i got 1 $10 (on sale) leapster toy story 3 book, 2 $1.50 sets of 2 pairs of gloves (4 pairs of gloves), a large $1 calender, and 1 other $1 box from their dollar section! so that is a total of $15 exactly witch was the amount of my 2 coupons together. i was expecting them to rreduce my coupon to the price of a $10 book but they didn’t, so i followed the cashiers directions and got $5 more worth of stuff. wen i checked out she said, “oh your still at $0,” so i said should i get more stuff she said no your fine gave me my receipt and i left without paying a penny. no idea why no tax came up!!!

I totally agree that young male cashiers don’t really care about the coupons. I had a couple of these ten dollar coupons and I used two for my transaction and the male cashier didn’t even look at the coupon and just scanned it….I was thinking to myself…why didn’t I use more…but I agree female cashiers may get a little jealous because you got such a great deal on sleep ware items…I have used these coupons to my advantage and have gotten great things for practically free!
