What a great deal! thank you thank you so much 🙂

  2. jcc253

Where is the $10 off 1 vv coupon at? I don’t see that one in my rewards.

    • jcc253

      Never mind. I found it.

  3. kimeeb

There is also a $4/$20 beauty product video value, and $1 off anything winter video value that can be used with this deal.

    • Hippiegirl

So can you use all those video values together?

      • kim

you can use as many VV’s together as you want.

        • Pants

This is not true. Only one BONUS video values coupon can be used per transaction, and I believe the $4/$20 and the $1 off any purchase coupons are both BONUS coupons. You could however use a BONUS video values coupon and regular video values coupon together (ex: use both the $4/$20 and the $10 off Youth Code).

          • Collin (Mrs. Hip)

My rite aid lets me use all of my video value coupons. Every month I use $4/20, and the 3 x $1 and this month I used the $2 and other video values coupons all in 1 transaction. After all my UPs and manufacturers coupons, I saved $41.80 off my bill and I ended up paying less than $1.00 for a shopping cart full of merchandise. Contact 1-800-RITEAID and tell them that your store does not accept all of them and they will get the district manager to update them on the coupon policy. That’s what I did and it worked.

            • Erin

Please read the fine print on the Bonus coupons. It says that only ONE bonus coupon may be used per transaction. Yes, it’s hard to read and most cashiers probably don’t realize it, but ethics and law dictate that the coupons should be used as intended. Incorrect use of coupons will cause stricter coupon policies and none of us want that. 🙂

          • Racquel

I have used more than one bonus video value in one transaction. For example: 1 $1 Winter Rewards and 1 $2 Bonus Video Value.

  4. kimeeb

There is also another $5 off L’Oreal Youth Code product video value coupon….don’t know if they will let you combine the two.

    • kelly

I was just wondering the same thing!!

  5. LInda

Thanks, I’ve been wanting to try this product.

  6. Pennywise

There is suppose to be a $3 q coming out in Sundays paper!

    • Jennifer C

You are right. There is a $3.00 Youth Code coupon in the Red Plum 😉

  7. Jennifer C

Hi, Collin! I get the Red Plum insert on Wednesday’s here in Indiana. I see the Loreal Youth Code page, but I just wanted to let you know that the actual rebate form is not in there. It just states to go to lorealparisusa.com/februaryrebate to get the $10 rebate 😉

  8. Olivia Smith

    LOVE it- thanks Collin!

  9. Collin (Mrs. Hip)

    Great deal!
Hate to print out such rebate form that has so much of black background. It uses up my printer ink!!

    • melissa

print it in draft or grayscale so it won’t use as much black ink.

  10. Lacey

Can anyone tell me where the $10 coupon is? I found the $5 off the youth code products, but not the $10 video values coupon.
    Thanks!

    • Wendy

I found the $10 one in the same area as the $5 one. Just keep scrolling along, it should be there.

  11. Heather

Any suggestions on where I can donate items like this? I have tons of make-up that I have gotten for free and many facial care items like this. I can’t use any of it as I have super sensitive skin and it all gives me a reaction. I have been giving the lipstick and eyeshadow products to our school’s Musical – they need it for the lady that does the make-up each year. But I don’t know where to donate the rest of these items. I was able to give the lip balms and things like that to a lady’s rescue shelter but they weren’t interested in nail polish, regular lip stick and products like this.

    • The Paid Housewife

That is interesting that they weren’t interested in those type of products at your shelter. Hmmm, possibly you could use it as a gift item instead…. or maybe a local church might have a program for their members, or another type of group.

      • Ann

If you have a Women’s Rotary club they might take it. Also you can try community centers. These places often sell raffle tickets and are in need of gift items. With these items they could make a nice gift basket up and use it for a prize.

    • Barb

I use these types of items for my family’s White Elephant gift exchange. I don’t let my family members know what’s inside but once it’s openned everyone fights to get the gift. So much fun!

  12. Julie

    Thanks Collin!!

I just checked — hoping this was part of the Buy and Save! Bummer!

    • Anon

Julie, I checked also because I’m $40 shy of getting my winter rewards. It is part of the Winter Rewards. Check your SCR booklet. It says loreal skincare and the ad dated Jan 28th – Feb 3rd had the youth code in it and has a blue buy n save logo next to it. HTH to get you your winter reward.

  13. Sue

I dont have a Rite Aid near, any ideas for deals at Walgreens, Target or Walmart?

  14. Sarah

Collin- I know the rebate won’t work until the 20th- but if I bought them today, would the UP rewards still print? or are they UPs for next week? thanks!

    • lacymarie21

Since it’s next week’s sale, I don’t believe they will print until Sunday!

  15. bellabimba

    🙁 we don’t have a rite aid here..huhuhuhuu!

  16. Tyffany

Not a bad way to turn some +UPs into cash! Anyone know where I can donate things like this? 🙂

    • TERA

      To me.. 🙂 J/K

      • Miriam

I’m new to couponing and this week I purchased the first items for donation- toothpaste, deodorant, Maalox. I had just been working on my taxes so I was really excited that it’ll be a tax deduction. I’m in the 25% bracket so donating $400 worth of product will get me $100 in my pocket. Don’t forget to get receipts for your donations! 🙂

        • Miriam

One more thing for those interested in doing the same, you have to itemize deductions to take advantage of this (if you take the standard deduction it won’t work). It also doesn’t matter the sale price, coupons used or rebates received because the tax code says “fair market value” so it’s the price the stores sell the item for.

  17. MARGARET IN SEATTLE

collin, how do you know you will get $5 UP+ for “every” $15 purchase you make? i am not sure if you will get 2 of the $5UP+ for making $30 purchase on qualifying items.

    • melissa

b/c thats how Rite Aid works 😉 If the ad says Spend $20 on X items, get $5 UP, if you spend $40 you;ll get 2 $5 UPs…unless there is a limit stated in the ad (1 per household), UPs print UNLIMITED. The trick with RA is that you have to purchase the ‘spend’ amount in 1 order, it doesn’t keep track like on your receipt at CVS (where you can buy $7 worth of stuff one day and finish up the deal later in the week)
      HTH.

  18. Nancy

Also a great way to use the $20 GOS or $20 winter rewards. I still have both of mine.

  19. Christine

I think $34.99 is the regular price and wil get even better if you get 10% or 20% off you purchase!

    • Heather

If that’s the case, we’ll have to work a little harder to make this one work. We have to buy $30 worth of products- if we have a 20% off discount, the kit that is 34.99 will only cost us $27.99, which isn’t enough to qualify for the rebate. We’ll have to buy another Youth Code product to get us up to $30. Watch out for this!

      • Christine

True, I am only at 10% so it will still work but watch out for the 20%

  20. Ally

Anyone know if they recommend using this after a certain age? I know with some of these anti-aging products they tell you not to use them until you are older?

  21. Abby

Awesome deal, especially considering how many +Ups I need to use in the next few weeks or have them expire on me!

  22. sue

    hi
anyone mind teaching me how to do rebate? Appreciated it.
    sue

    • amyjo

The rite aid rebate is simple, you can do that online at riteaid. com . Just look for the little box that says single check rebate. Then you put in your receipt numbers from your purchase. The loreal rebate will have a form that you fill out and mail in with your receipt.
You’ll get the hang of it.

  23. rae

do i have to watch all the videos beacause i warched the beauty secation i was able to print $4/$20 but now i cant print the $10 coupon help please

    • Erin

I think the $10 Q is in a different section (not in the beauty section). There were 2 Youth Code videos to watch when I watched mine a couple weeks ago. You can go to the all offers section and control-F “youth code” to find it more quickly. HTH! 🙂

    • melissa

n/m, I see the video for Feb (thought it was from watching Jan VVs)

  24. Lauren

Yay. Been waiting for this! Thx!

  25. Paulina

OK I need some help here, I have never shopped at Rite Aid. There is one in a city 25 mins away that I go to very often to do my grocery (I live in a small town). So what do I need to learn about it? Where can I find those video value coupons? Please please please help me out, I really want to score this deal!

    Thanks 🙂

    • Collin (Mrs. Hip)

Collin has a great section – go to Hip2Save home page – there is a section that says Stores – click it. Go to Rite Aid and then read all the info Collin has there as well as watch the videos. I bet that’ll answer your questions.
The video value coupons you get from Rite Aid website. You have to have an account – with your wellness card ( I think?) but super easy to get and use 🙂 Happy Q-ing 🙂

      • Paulina

Thank you! I will stop by Rite Aid the next time i go to the city and see if i can get a wellness card 🙂

    • bucksaver

Call the store and make sure they have the product and that they will hold it for you before you make the trip.

  26. amyjo

I am loving this deal. I was wondering how I was going to spend my $20 up reward from the buy and save deals the last few weeks. Now I will get some good skin care products and make a litttle money 🙂

  27. Josie

this is great because it is also part of the buy and save program!

  28. Angela

where do I get the $5 single check rebate #10 ?

  29. WitteMom

Just need some clarification. Can you use a VV coupon and a Manufacture’s coupon? I am looking at my VV and it says Manufacture coupon on it.

    • melissa

yes, you are allowed 1 VV & 1 Manf coupon per item (as stated in RA’s coupon policy)

  30. Jane

Shall I use the 10% off coupon (got in email box) to combine this deal?
    Thanks.

  31. Amber

Hmmm, maybe I should learn how to read better. I thought I would go get this deal while doing my other deals today and when I got home I noticed it is on sale this week at my store for $29.99 so less the penny we need for the rebate. And…the rebate doesn’t even start until Sunday which Collin clearly stated! Do you think if I take it back next week when it’s not on sale and pay the difference that will be OK?

    • Maria @ Oh Lovely Coupons

yes you can do a return and rebuy to get the correct price ($30 or more) for rebate.

      • Nancy

How does it work when you return something that you paid almost nothing for? because you used up rewards, coupons, and video values? TIA

    • Nancy

Amber, don’t feel bad, I did the EXACT samething. I purchased the product today (since the deals here in so cal start today) not looking at when it starts, now I have to figure out how I can return it and buy it again next week. I’m so upset with myself. Just a heads up for everyone. Your 20% or 10% does come off the total so in my case it came out to 27.99 with the 20%. So I had to buy something else to get me to the $30 which I didn’t so I only received 1 $5 UP. Hope this helps someone else.

      • Amber

Thanks so much Maria, I thought it would be ok, but I always like to get a second or third opinion.
Nancy, usually what happens is they will give you credit back for the full value of the purchase so you still got the coupon deals the week previous. So I am thinking I will get the $29.00 back, then rebuy it with that and pay the difference of the $4.99 or whatever it is. This way you still got that good coupon deal last week and then you pay the difference. I don’t normally return much so I am not sure if that’s what will happen at Rite-Aid, but I am thinking that’s how they will do it. So even though I used my 2 $5 ups today that I got I will still be purchasing the product again when that up deal is off so I won’t be cheating them any money.
Glad to hear someone else did the same thing. Sometimes we just get TOO excited 🙂 Plus I shop with 3 crazy boys and I am not always thinking clearly.

      • Collin (Mrs. Hip)

Nancy, if your total was $27.99, that means yuo can’t submit for $10 rebate. Anyone knows if there are other Youth Code products around $5? Please help.

  32. Candy

Does anyone know if this Youth Code product is included in the Buy & Save program? Cause L’oreal skin care is included. Thanks!

    • Amber

I believe so because I was $29.00 away from my total and I got Huggies for $8.99 and did this deal and my $20 printed out.

  33. Collin (Mrs. Hip)

This product is on sale for $29.99 at my RA store this week…can’t submit for the $10 rebate. If return this item and repurchase next week the $5 SCR wouldn’t work. Any suggestions?

  34. Heidi

My Youth Code purchase came to $29.99 also but somehow I got 2 $5 Loreal UP rewards. I also had the $3 mfg coupon and the $10 video values plus a $5 off $25 coupon. With the $5 SCR this will still be a money maker even though I couldn’t get the $10 Loreal rebate.

  35. Collin (Mrs. Hip)

Just a heads up-the Youth Code kit at my Rite Aid said $34.99 under it on the shelf but my receipt said $29.99 for purchase price because it is on sale with a $5.00 discount automatically given at the register and this is Feb.22. Luckily when I bought it I received the 20 dollar winter reward and got another youth code product which was 24.99 on the shelf but was also on sale and discounted $5.00. For about $15.00 I got both items plus a couple of other things and got 3 five dollar Loreal up rewards. I still get the Rite Aid rebate but just went back and reread rebate form and realized I bought the items in two transactions.

  36. Rebecca Z.

Bought this kit last night, and it rang up with a discount of $5 as well, making it $29.99. I still got my 2 UP rewards though, just don’t know if I’m eligible to receive the rebate. I’m still going to try and send it in though. Who knew we’d be 1 penny off from getting a $10.00 rebate. Ugh.

  37. Bella

how do you get the $10 vv coupon? i only see the $4/$20 vv =/

  38. COOKS

i CANNOT FIND THE REBATE FOR 5 DOLLARS. I BOUGHT MINE AT WALLMART. DO YOU ONLY OFFER THE REBATE THROUGH RITE AID?
