If you’re needing to stock up on inexpensive lunch bags for the upcoming school year, you may want to head on over to Walmart! As you may remember from last year, Walmart sells the insulated Arctic Zone or California Innovations lunch boxes that come filled with over $80 in coupons for products like Dole, Go-Gurt, Scotch and more…and the lunch bags are currently priced at only $6.96!  If you find out the list of coupons that come inside these lunch bags, please let us know! Thanks!

Make sure you check your bags! I read on another blog someone took the coupons out of the bags.

  2. Collin (Mrs. Hip)

Please people DO NOT STEAL THE COUPONS!!!

    • Collin (Mrs. Hip)

Please need to stop being so greedy!

    • Collin (Mrs. Hip)

That’s why stores are changing their coupon policy’s, because of greedy people who commit coupon fraud (and steal coupons!) it’s that dumb show’s fault. I’ve read on other blogs that some people are using the $3.00 herbal essence on one item not 2! Pretty soon the companies that send out coupons are no longer going to give them out to people!. This makes me very upset. I wish those people would get arrested! It ruins it for all of the honest couponers 🙁

  3. Jamie

They also have smaller lunch boxes by the same brand for $2.98 with the same coupons inside!

  4. Melannie

I saw the list of coupons on Iheartthemart if you want them. Plus an angry message someone stole all the coupons from the lunch bags at his store. 🙁

    • Carol_R

That is just disgusting that someone stole all the coupons out of them in his store. They need to start arresting people in my opinion since it’s gotten so bad.

      • Smellyann

agreed. I don’t know about arresting people, but it’s disgusting. People have no conscience. Ugh.

      • Bee

People do need to be arrested. It’s theft. If you would prosecute someone for stealing a doughnut, then you need to prosecute for damaging merchandise and stealing part of it. There’s a reason the coupons are INSIDE the bag. The manufacturer would likely be the one putting the pressure on to press charges since many people may not buy the bag if the coupons are not in it. At the very least, it could increase the chance that no one would buy it until it’s on deep clearance. The manufacturer paid the money to have the coupons included and all the manufacturers who sponsor the coupons have a vested interest as well.

I don’t get angry about people stealing coupons. I feel sorry that they were not raised in homes where someone taught them right from wrong. Penny ante thieves never truly prosper, so there’s no real reason to be mad.

People are beginning to be prosecuted for things like taking inserts out of newspapers. At first the police would warn those they saw doing it, now they are prosecuting. The newspapers themselves are finding they have to prosecute as well when someone breaks into their recycle bins because Red Plum and Smart Source has basically told them if they don’t prosecute, then they will no longer provide inserts to these newspaper publishers.

That happened to me with the J&J red bags a few months ago thank goodness the nice manager at Walgreen let me get another bag!

    • Tiffany

Not that I approve of it AT ALL….but I think the problem is that people know the coupons are in there and technically it doesn’t say “free coupons with purchase”. Its wrong, but I think people justify it because coupons are just free. I think its a jerky move myself!! I had to do the same thing with the J&J bags :/

      • Carol_R

The coupons are not free. They are part of the bag & cannot be separate from it without committing theft. The coupon inserts in the newspapers aren’t free either – they are part of the newspaper no different than the business section or the comics.

  6. Stephanie

Im heading to Walmart right now to take some of these and list them on here for you. Hopefully they’re good, i guess if theyre not then at least they were free 😉

  7. Stacy P.

My husband is at walmart purchasing one now, the smallest one is $3.50 where we live but he said the coupons are inside.

  8. Grace W.

This bag is great! Found it last year at my Walmart on clearance for only $2 with coupons and a free 6 months of Parents magazine!!

  9. whitney

What are the coupons inside? Thanks

  10. CJ

Last year the lunch bags were free with a form inside for a magazine suscription that you could opt out of and get a check back instead. Is that not part of the coupons this year?

    • Krista

It has a subscription to Family Circle magazine for $5.99 for one year or $11.98 for two years, not free.

I can not post to my wall. I get a message that it is spam or contain bad words

  12. Collin (Mrs. Hip)

Anyone know what colors they come in? TIA

  13. Jennifer

We just purchased one of these from Walmart tonight for $3.48 (don’t know how to distinguish if the same size as above). It did have a green coupon packet inside that was all 3M coupons and an additional coupon packet that had the following:

L’il Critters Calcium Bears (150 ct) or Immune C (190 ct) or Omega-3 Gummy Fish (120 ct) $1.00 Exp 12/31/11
    Langers Juices $1.00/2 Exp 11/30/11
Yoplait Go-GURT Yogurt, Yoplait Trix Multipack Yogurt, Yoplait Splitz Yogurt $1.00/2 Exp 12/31/12 DND
LaTortilla Factory Tortillas or Wraps $1.00/2 Exp 6/30/12
Dole Fruit Bowls Fruit, Gels, or Parfaits $1.00/2 Exp 12/31/11
Vitafusion Multi Vites (150 ct) or Vitafusion Power C (150 ct) $1.00 Exp 12/31/11

Toys R Us has the deal if you buy a backpack you get a lunch bag for free. Mine had the coupons inside. Better yet, I didn’t even know it until afterwards. Bonus!

  14. MIRANDA

so i went out to get one of these lunch bags and there was a lady and her kids taking all the coupons off of them luckily i grabbed one from the end of the row and they hadn’t made it there yet then later i saw them doing the same thing on the tide cause they had hanging tags come on people be considerate and please don’t steal the coupons its not fair to the rest of us

    • Vicky

Why didn’t you tell a store manager? I think I would have said something to her and then I would have found a manager. These kind of people MUST be stopped.

      • Krista

Yes, I agree. Tell the manager. It’s not fair to those doing it the right way. I saw an article recently about a woman facing a $4,000 fine for stealing inserts from the newspaper machines. Stealing is stealing, and it’s wrong.

        • Annie1025MW

Totally agree…I would have found a store manager and told them what is going on because this is really getting ridiculous! Greedy people and theft is a seriously bad combination and these people need to get a rude awakening!

  15. Collin (Mrs. Hip)

in hawaii these are 8 bucks, and the coupons are a few that were mentioned and also magazines that i dont use, so i didnt grab one. but good luck to all that get some!! 😀 i did grab an all you mag though 😀 😀

  16. Christina

They were all open at one of my Walmarts and taken from every one of them! I’m calling you out, it was the Walmart in Belleville Michigan. SHAME! SHAME! And to just leave every one open said a BIG “I DON’T CARE” I hope they expire on you and you never get to use them!

  17. carollyree

The WalMart in Wood River, IL (20 minutes east of St. Louis) has tons of these (the $3.96 and $6.96 ones) with the coupons still in them. I hope this helps out the Hipsters in my area!

  18. Collin (Mrs. Hip)

The coupons that were the bag I bought expired in 2010 🙁

  19. mrsepless

At my Walmart (Bowling Green, Oh) out of all the bags ($3.96 and $6.96) on the shelf only one of the $6.96 still had the coupons inside. I did notice that someone (store or the coupon thieves) had ripped off the label on the outside regarding the enclosed coupons. Pathetic! Expiry on all are for this year.

  20. Stephanie

I checked this deal out and it’s a waste of time:( There’s only about $15 worth of coupons…nothing crazy. The rest is $$ off mag/website subscriptions.
