I just called customer service about not receiving the email for the $10 for playing the game on the 11th. She said I have to give it another day or so. I will say that their customer service rep. was really nice and polite and said if I dont receive it by tomorrow they will escalate the issue and get that credit to me.

for those of you who can’t withdraw the money…
everyone that completes the sign up process gets a serve pre-paid card in the mail 🙂 should come within a week or two of signing up.
it’s like a mastercard or visa that will be linked to your serve account so you can spend the money in your account. this way you don’t have the delay of first transferring the money to your bank, you can spend it directly from serve. and you don’t have the ‘risk’ of linking your bank accounts, which i know some are wary of.

Jenny, if you request a check you won’t have to enter your banking info. If you ask for a bank transfer you will. I requested a check!
What am I doing wrong? After clicking withdraw, I get this message

I’ve confirmed my address and still can’t get pass the road blocks. I have TWO days left to claim the $10.
OMG, SAME HERE!!! I SENT my “verification” documents 3 days ago, I have called them, and they are plain incompetent. I left a stern message questioning WHY it is they are unable to verify who I am. I will NOT be recommending this service to anyone, and should I ever finally get the $20, I am canceling my account immediately. THEY have all my PRIVATE information — which was not required from EVERYONE (from reading through all the comments), and I have NOTHING to show for it. Granted, it’s free money and I shouldn’t be complaining, but when they asked and I actually produced my info, it is completely confusing and frustrating — especially to know that others didn’t have to do anything to verify.
I don’t understand why some are able to get the money immediately yet I have to provide a bank account and address verification. It’s silly and I’ve written to their customer service twice with no response.
I’m really glad so many people got checks in the mail, that’s freakin’ awesome, but it just didn’t work for me and I would never use this service. Live and learn.

I think I clicked on transactions, then withdraw. You will then be asked to verify your address and put in the amount you want to withdraw.

I played the game successfully, but still no email, not even in spam. Played again today and they said I had already won and to check my email! Does anyone have the actual $10 prize email that might have some contact info in it — that game site was not useful. An email address or phone number perhaps? Many thanks
It took two days for me to get a response from the game site. I actually just received it and requested 20.00 check for me and I also signed up the hub and requested the check for 20.00 for him also!

i dont see a withdraw section anywhere
Right in the center of the page(to the right) it says your name + wallet, like mine is Maureen’s wallet. Underneath that it says recent transactions. If you look over to the right on the same line as recent transactions, it says add/withdraw. You click on withdraw to have a check sent to you.
I got both $10 credits, I did request them via mail though, so they haven’t actually arrived yet. I don’t know if I will actually try this over Paypal, my Paypal account was hacked a few months ago and money withdrawn by the hacker. They did have it fixed within 10 day of the report though.
My concern with switching is simply that I am not sure what all Serve charges fees for, seems like maybe only for withdrawals, but after reading the fees schedules, seems like there could be fees for other things too. I may have to contact customer service to have it all sorted out.
will update when the cards actually come in the mail. I must say though I got a little nervous with all the “chicken little” comments at first. Then I researched the company and found many articles linking them to AE. I wish now I had done the electronic transfer instead, but being cautious is always the right way to go I guess.
I just received a Serve Card in the mail . The instructions that came with the card says:
“You can use your Serve Card to make purchases at US merchants and access your Serve funds at ATMs where American Express Cards are accepted.” And it tells you how to activate it, too.
However, I didn’t receive the check that I requested when I registered.
Update: Got a check today for $10 for signing up. Can’t wait to receive the other $10 that I got for the game. It’s great to get free money. 🙂

how much money is on the serve card? anything? i got mine in the mail, but it doesnt say how to check balance inquiries or anything..
My hubby and I both got our cards in the mail yesterday. Super quick. We each had $25 on the card. $10 each for signing up, $10 each for playing the game and $5 each for a referral credit. Total $50 FREE. You can check your balance online or call the # on the back of your card. We spent our money today at the store with no problems!!! Thanks so much Colin!!! 🙂

I’ve received both checks this week and a card–though, I think the card is just so that you can load money onto it. It didn’t say it had a balance of any sort on it. Thanks for the $20!
Yes, I believe the card is like a debit to be used when you have funds in your account. But I think only the first withdrawl at an ATM is free, then you get “penalties”; though, using it at stores and withdrawing money via check is free.
