One of the ribbons from the wand did come apart the first night the girls played with them, but the wand was on $.50 so I didn’t really care.
I ordered a lot of things from them the last time something was posted. The tutus and wands were fabulous. The bows were not good quality and the baby hats were such poor quality that they went in the garbage.

I have had a horrible experience with this company. I live in Hawaii and ordered off of their website back at the beginning of December so there would be plenty of time to make it here before Christmas. Well it is now 4 days away and I have yet to receive the package. I called their customer service (their hours are really hard to get ahold of them unless i call first thing in the morning) to check on the package and they were less than helpful. I finally managed to get a tracking number out of them and called the post office. They shipped International Parcel instead of priority mail so it has ended up somewhere in Canada and my daughter has no dress up clothes for Christmas. I called the company back to ask them to refund my money and the woman was extremely rude and hung up on me.
They will not be getting my future business….maybe it’s different for the mainland customers but i’m am so frustrated right now.
I think us mainlanders kind of take for granted how easy it is to get packages..I always ask if they can use priority flate rates when I order now.. becuase they seem to get to us easier and I use them when we send coupons overseas..I sent coupons to Guam three weeks ago priority and they have already received them! I’ve never orderd from this company, but my heart goes out to your and your little one..we were very lucky with most of our packages this year..except a truck mixup..I finally gave up after i had a new order sent and it was still the wrong dump trucks! Try emailing them about your problem. I had items missing from a package and I only had time to deal with it outside business hours so I got the email addresses for customer service, sales (copy domestic and international in your case) and shipping from their website and I copied all three on my email. I had an apology and a new package in the mail by close of business the next day. I’m betting it was the sales contact that was the most helpful, but I’m also betting that because I was factual about the situation rather than emotional, it allowed the sales contact’s own frustration with shipping errors get me my results. So try to be cool (even though you have every right to be livid) and also ask open ended questions rather than offering them solutions, and maybe someone will have the power to reship your order overnight so you get it in time for Christmas. Good luck!

Im sorry you had a bad experience I love Halo Heaven, Everything I have bought from there has been great, I got some super cute lace leggings for $4 each that EVERYONE is selling for $10-15 per pair. I have seen alot of people resale their items for double what you can get it for directly from them. I love their headbands my daughter gets so many compliments when she wears the nylon with the maribou and bow on it : )
My first package did take about 2 weeks to get here but the second time I ordered I got it in like a week, just depends on their volume I guess?
Unfortunately I don’t think it depends on their volume. I think they are just an incredibly unprofessional company. I was so excited to order fairy wings and a few other goodies for the party favors for my daughter’s birthday. I ordered them on 12/29, and the party is on 1/22. Well, they didn’t ship my order. So I contacted them, and after a few days of back and forth, they finally shipped the order. However, I had asked her to cancel the order if she couldn’t get it to me in time for the party, and she sent it out regular mail — so according to the tracking information it is set to arrive four days AFTER the party.
So now I’ve had to pay for stuff I won’t be able to use (I really don’t need 24 sets of fairy wings for my daughter!), and I’ve had to go out and buy other last minute, not as nice, stuff.
Good prices, but simply on principle, I won’t shop there again — and I certainly don’t recommend giving them your business!

I too have had a not so good experience with them. I never received a refund for the products that didn’t come. I called and was told it would be taken care of and it wasn’t. I don’t feel like it should be so hard to get refunded for products that were not sent to me. Also besides the fact that I wasn’t refunded for their out of stock items. I had items that were missing that were not out of stock!
I ordered from them abotu a month ago and received everything. Love the stuff and I’m sure the kids are going to be so excited. Cheaper then the Disney trunk of dress up stuff i got and stuff is made alot better.

We just had my daughters 3rd b-day party with wings, wands and tutus from here and the fairy party was a huge success. All the girls LOVED running around dressed as fairies. So much fun and the pictures are adorable!

I’m also from Montana. When I ordered from HaloHeaven, I wondered why I got my items so fast. Then I noticed they were based in Montana. So excited for my daughter and my niece to open their tutus and matching ladybug wings.
I recieved my order a couple of days ago! I was less than impressed! The tutu’s were tiny and way too short for my daughter to wear out of the house! The quality was terrible…..these are great party favors…….but nothing more. The dress I ordered was awful…….and we gave to the Goodwill……….I did think the hair clips were cute…..
