      FYI– EVERY ONE The RLC is out of stock the most inexpensive one I found beside that one was Health Concerns.. It is at 6.73…. But I was still able to get my much needed Ginger Candy which is good for my tummy health wise and also yummy to eat!!! Socred 3 bags plus the vitamins and only paid a difference of .46 cents… CHING LOVE THOSE DEALS>>> THanks COllin

    WARNING! Vitacost is a freaking joke. I ordered protien powder (full price+ shipping) from there around the 20th. On the day it was supposed to get to my house they sent me an email stating my order was cancelled. This is after I had emailed them twice asking if they were ever going to ship. They never once emailed me back. I would NEVER do business with them.

      That’s totally a bummer cuz I’ve placed at least 20 orders with Vitacost over time, and I’ve never had an issue. I suggest you try again cuz it sounds like a fluke. (things happen!)

          And I’m HUGE on everybody deserves 1 chance. The email they finally sent when my item was FINALLY cancelled the day it was supposed to be here was super rude too. I couldn’t believe it.

      I also had a problem with them. They sent me an email that one of the items is out of stock ( it was tea SAMPLE!!!) , so they canceled the whole order because of that. Ridiculous…

      The last time they canceled part of my order with a $10 credit, I lost the additional amount. I called and they said, too bad. I wish they would’ve told me when I was placing the order that the item was out of stock. I’ve had good and bad experiences with this company.

    Thanks for posting! I ordered some quinoa and a large bag of Bob’s Red Mill steel-cut oats, and with shipping it came to $5.41. We don’t have a Whole Foods, so these items are pricey in our local grocery store.

    This worked for me! I didn’t need any vitamins, but I always need toys and treats for my dog. I got two really great toys that I would buy anyway, totaled $9.98. I used the $10 coupon and I just paid 4.99 shipping. Great deal! Plus it’s fun to get stuff delivered to my door! My dog loves the UPS and FedEx guys because they usually deliver treats for him! Yay!

    My husband put an order in and the whole thing was cancelled. I have only ever heard of this happening from one company before. Usually a company will send what they have in stock and put the rest on back order until a new shipment comes in. Why sell a product that you do not actually have? It just seems to create frustrations and leave a bad taste in everyone’s mouth.

    Well, I’ve tried three times to order and keep getting runtime errors from the site. I had to pick a payment method (even though I didn’t owe anything), and regardless of which one I chose, there was an error. Booooo…I give up. Just a suggestion to VitaCost…make your shopping cart smarter. On most sites, when you owe $0, there is no payment entry (nor should there be!).
