i did receive the mascara months ago.
I got the mascara as well. In fact, I got two for some reason. I was expecting one “sample” and instead got two full-sized tubes of mascara that cost $15.00 each new! I hope the lip gloss is a full size too! LOL!!

I’ve tried to do this on a few free offers I’ve found today. They both use the same number to txt too. For some reason none of my txts go through to this number. I just get an alert that says message not sent.
You might have “premium texting” blocked on your phone account.

I’ve used the 467467 text number to get covergirl and other samples. I doubt if this offer is coming from an individul “consultant.”JMO

No, I think you just text HELP if you need help or STOP if you want to stop offers or whatever. But if it already confirmed your address you should be fine 🙂

I finally tried again, about an hour ago, and got it.
won’t take my birthdate and I texted it exactly as shown. Keeps sending me to ‘help’, and when I text THAT it says it won’t work!!!!! grrrrr.
It asked me twice to confirm my address and then I got the “mkgloss didnt return any results” thing. *sigh*
Just got a confirmation! Super confusing because of all the weird text about “sorry youre having trouble” and “didint return any results” but finally got it! YAY. Its amazing how little things like this brighten my day! Thanks Collin!

I got this message also. Do I text that message to the original number? I’ve tried that and it doesn’t work.

It told me to enter my home phone # to look up my address, but I don’t have a home number. It says that if you don’t have a home number, to enter your zip code. So I did but I keep getting a response that says, “Sorry, we didn’t understand your text. Or your session expired. Check the spelling and reply w/the keyword. No quotes or spaces.” I’ve resent my zipcode several times and I keep getting that message. Anyone know what I can do?
Grr, this thing is annoying! I typed in “help” and it says it didn’t return any results (even though it says to text “help” for general help). I give up. My sanity isn’t worth the free lip gloss.

Doesn’t work for me. Sends back that it didnt return any results. I tried on my WINDOWS PHONE and on my DROID. Neither worked! We have an HTC Arrive, an HTC Evo, and a Samsung that is not a smart phone. None of the phones in our house worked 🙁 disappointing.

If you get the “didn’t return any results” message keep trying…they are just busy….I sent it about 10 times before I was finally asked to verify my address and then receive the confirmation text.
I just tried and I texted me back right away with each question. I just got one. and it almost 5pm on wed in michigan.

Ive texted them and it ask my number and then my zipcode and I send it but it never understands it I don’t know what to do to update my address and once it asked if it was my address I replied with the letter Y and it still didn’t understand it
