I ordered these 5/$20 tanks last time you posted and wanted to let everyone know how easy it is to turn these tanks into a nursing top for layering. I can’t take credit for coming up with this idea on my own, I found it on another blog but it worked great! The tank tops are pretty thin but the Kaylee Cami (23 inches) is a nice length for this use. I also recommend ordering one size larger than you normally would wear, as they are very form-fitting! Wet Seal was a very different place in the early- to mid-1990s than it is now; it was the only place where I actually had fun shopping for clothes. They offered several styles of shirts, skirts, shorts or dresses from the same exclusive fabric design, so it was less common to end up with the identical piece of clothing as someone else you knew. Plus each of the different prints had coordinating accessories and other wardrobe necessities, right there together, all grouped in one little spot. Then multiply that little spot by about 30, since every fabric print had a little space like this with different items, and you’ve got the adventure that once was Wet Seal. There were large screens behind the registers showing music videos and the music played loudly as you shopped. These days Wet Seal is as cookie-cutter as every other clothing store, but ah, good memories of the ’90s.

I was just in Wet Seal this morning, returning all the shirts I bought the last time you posted a deal. They were horrible! I usually wear medium, but several people said to order large because they are junior sizes. They were HUGE and very poor quality. Unfortunately, they only do online order returns in the store for store credit. The only way to get your full money back is to pay for shipping back to them (so that would actually be a loss). I got a couple cute shirts with my store credit, but at a much higher price than I would normally pay and I definitely didn’t need them. Also, the store worker said the 5 for $20 tee & tank & cami price is their regular price, so if you live near a Wet Seal store, I would recommend just going in and purchasing them there so you can try them on. To me it’s worth paying a few bucks more not to have to spend my time & gas money to do returns. Anyway, just wanted to put in my two cents worth! 🙂 I appreciate all the deals you post Collin. Hope this works out better for everyone else.
These 4.99 camis, can anyone tell me are they all in size small? When i click on a shirt, it gives the description, nit the size. It just says the model wears a size small. But it wont let me select a size for anything…?
