   Keep in my shipping takes forever! Like I ordered in Aug and it shipped in Nov! I almost always have at least 1 canceled item and have had to call because I was charged for canceled item 🙁 prices ate great but customer service is awful

  I had the same experience. I would never shop with them again. Terrible customer service and shipping takes forever. Not worth it.

   I signed up,put items in my cart,it SHOWED I had 15 min. to pay…it started counting & got to 10 mins. & WHAM all my stuff was GONE!! NOT WORTH IT TO ME,unsubscribed! Shame,had some good deals.

    Shipping is too bad. i ordered 6 items oct last week 1 cancelled, 1 refunded and got
    the packaging expecting 4 items but got only 3 and charged for the one not shipped.
    so make sure what you order and don’t forget to check the items when it arrives.

    I don’t want to rain on anyone’s parade, but I have had a TERRIBLE experience with this company. Shipping is terrible and drawn out (the items I ordered on Black Friday online are now not going to arrive before Christmas).

    I didn’t receive an e-mail stating that one of the key presents I purchased for my daughter this year was oversold and will not be mailed to me at all until TWO WEEKS after I originally purchased my order. That is ten business days and absurd.

    They simply act as a broker for the sales of this merchandise and do not ever see it and routinely oversell it. Please look at their Facebook page (make sure you select the option to see ALL wall posts and not just corporate posts) in order to take get a good idea of all the unsatisfied customers.

    I have purchased from Gilt, Zulily, Rue La La, and Hautelook and have never encountered as bad a company as this. They have also done nothing to improve my experience.

    My order (what little is supposedly coming) has not arrived yet and I cannot vouch for the quality of the merchandise. Unfortunately, customers on the Facebook page have complained about this as well.

    I love Hip2Save and don’t want anyone to be disappointed, especially so close to the holidays. Please BEWARE when doing business with this company.

    THe problem is that their website is so horrible. I can’t see the price and the picture at the same time!!! So irritating. I even have a $30 credit and can’t bring myself to use it!!! HA!

    I got 6 pairs of shoes for $38 dollars, I guess we’ll see if I get any of the shoes I ordered, luckily all the shoes are summer sandals so my girls won’t wear them till at least May.

    I ordered from them weeks ago. I ordered 3 pair of sandals and only received 2 in the box. The shipping receipt even crossed out the number 3 and put a 2, so whoever packaged my items knew only part of my order was being sent. When I contacted the company, I got the run around (put on hold, transferred). I have also sent multiple emails. They responded to one (after 3 weeks) and said that tracking shows I received my purchase. Ughhh! I stated I received a box from them, but did not receive all that I bought. Clearly they just sent a candid response and didn’t even read my email thoroughly. I will never order from them again no matter how good the deal is. The sandals feel really cheap too.

    I purchase some boots for both my daughters and four pair of high heels for me. Shipping took about a month and the quality of boots for my little girl were super cheap. I felt like i got robbed for my money even though i paid $8 for each i guess you get what you pay for. However my heels were exactly what i hoped for, good quality and really comfy. There are now my fav and i get tons of compliments.
