Hi all, My riteaid would not adjust the $2 coupon down and it was the manager at the register. I questioned him but wasn’t going to fight it, after just losing a few up rewards b/c I can’t stand their new policy on the card-I am beginning to wonder about riteaid. Happy Holidays to you!
Did it beep? I usually don’t say anything to them and make sure I have enough in my cart to cover the overage. It’s not what there policy says but they don’t follow their policy so I don’t fight with them.

I wanted to comment on this deal myself. 1st RA I went to had NO Starter Kits at all. I drove to the other one and they had 2 on the shelf. Mgr. took them up front and after a discussion, she scanned & they did not come up on sale like the ad said. BUT! She said it clearly states these are on sale. She adjusted the price down on 2 to compensate for the $2. Up I would have gotten and I used my 2 Q’s as well! Also picked up a second Keri lotion free and 6 SImple Pleasures with my Q’s. 🙂
My rite aid flyer stated kits were 2.99. The manager at my rite aid gave me both starter kits for 2.99. I didn’t get the ups but I was able to use the coupon. Paid .99 cents for each one. I love my rite aid. I have had bad experiences in the past but I don’t let that from stopping me coupon there. They’re the only rite aid. I always give the cashiers a heads up on the good deals. They thank me for it.

I had the same problem with the Nivea. I did a slightly different deal but the Shave gels did not apply toward the $20. Had to buy another item to meet the $20 threshold. OK for me as these are favorites in my family (about 1.78 each item), but not the deal I had hoped for.
same here i bought 2 foams and 1 gel along with 2 lotions but only $12 counts toward the deal. Had to exchange the foams and gel for another moisturizer and lip balm to make up the $20 requirement.

Those Glade Sense and Spray kits rang up wrong here in VA too! I had to argue and show the ad to the manager that is what your ad says. After much arguing she gave it to me for 1.99 and would not allow more than one at that price. Plus I couldn’t use my coupon 🙁 I was furious that is their fault they should have fixed this!!
The kits are 9.99, the refills are the ones on sale, they’re normally 3.99 and on sale for 2.99 ifyou scan to check the price..those are the ones that give you the up rewards. You don’t need to get furious over something like this, not worth the headache.

FYI: At the Rite Aid in Brookpark, Ohio I just had the most horrible experience. The cashier would not accept the internet coupon for the Keri lotion stating I was trying to commit coupon fraud and the Glad Sense & Spray did not issue the $2.00 up reward event though it was listed in the ad. If you are going to Rite Aid you may want to bring the coupon policy and check to see if you receive you reward before leaving the store.

I don’t think they are giving us the 25 points for each prescription filled, as my Mum is 85, and we put in a lot of prescriptions this year. We’re so close, it would be a shame to miss out, so I thought I would turn to my sister Hipsters! 🙂

I hope I’m wrong, but I just read on Rite Aids site that starting in January they will no longer be offering single check rebates!! That means a lot less free or almost free products. Has anyone else read this or did I misunderstand???

Did anyone else have an issue getting the coupon adjusted down for the Keri Lotion? The clerk got the coupon police out (which states to adjust down) and then called 2 manager–they told her no. Ugh, what to do with RA!!
