Yesterday we went to cheesecake factory and had a slice of cake for $8. On the receipt, there was a link for survey which said we would get $10 e-git card if the survey is done. After completing the survey, we got the gift card. So check your receipts….

yes! i hit submit payment thru paypal and then it said service error so i hit back button and it said it was submitted. frustrating cuz i don’t know if i should try and order another but then i’ll be out another $50 if i do. i’ve yet to get the confirmation but did get the email from paypal stating i won’t be charged until it goes thru
did you have any luck getting yours to go through, i contacted egift card support and they said they have no record of my order going through. so then paypal will just reimburse me after the pending period. what a bummer, that was an awesome deal.

They must have the worst customer service I have ever dealt with, is anyone else having issues? I ordered many gift cards with the understanding they would be shipped to my home, as my address is the only one entered while checking out. However when I received my confirmation emails, they say they are being shipped to the people I bought them for. Problem is, I didn’t enter their address’… so are my gift cards just AWOL? I have spent the past 40 minutes on hold with costumer service! I have sent two emails regarding this issue in the past 4 days, and no response. I am getting worried because these are Christmas gifts, and I am feeling like I won’t get them in time. Sorry to be a debbie downer, just wondering if anyone else is experiencing this issue.
