To Jessica – Really?? Amazon is going to refund the difference to you? That is FANTASTIC news because I myself just bought the same headphones this past Thursday (and received them the very next day!! 😊😊) I bought the cream colored ones and they come in a beautiful red case. I did months of research for the perfect headphones for my 26 yr old son as he’s sensitive to certain ones & held them in my cart seeing if the price would lower but they never did so I finally just bought them before they sold out. I’ll call Amazon right now…fingers crossed, LOL!!
Ramona, I hope you had a customer service representative as helpful as the one I had. I received a confirmation email shortly after speaking with her, and another email about 2 hours later informing that my refund had been processed. One of the emails said that they were processing a price adjustment because the price had changed within 7 days of delivery. I ordered a red set and a chrome set.
Jessica, thanks sooo much for letting me know about Amazon’s policy. They did indeed assist me and the gentleman was very helpful. He also said because it was in 7 days that there was a price change he had no problem putting the money back on my charge card.
