I never received mine from a few weeks ago and the tracking number doesn’t work…anyone else have this problem?
No, I got mine last week.
I haven’t gotten mine ordered just before Christmas but tracking us updating for me. It took until 30th though for it to update. A week after ordering.
I ordered on the 12th and there has been no update since the 18th. Amazon shows it in Hebron, Ky since the 18th but the Tracking number doesn’t exist according to the USPS website.

I ordered on dec 13 and never received mine. Will be filing a complaint with Amazon and getting a refund. Disappointing…..would not recommend ordering these

I had the same problem. Contacted Amazon and they credited my account.
I still haven’t received mine front an order on the 18th. Filed with Amazon and waiting on a refund. Very disappointed as it was a Christmas present.
I ordered on Dec. 13th and have not received. Contacted the seller and they responded by asking if I wanted them to send with a different carrier. I told them, I fulfilled my duty as a customer and they should do whatever to get me my items. They stop communication and I’m still waiting. It was a Christmas present.
I ordered these on December 12th. They supposedly shipped on 12/18 but there is no tracking information. It’s a great deal, but don’t count on getting your order quickly. Unfortunately it was supposed to be a Christmas present.

same here, never received mine, seems messed up says 12/18 left somewhere in KY but it never made it to Cincinnati they have said they are re-sending but we will see.

I ordered mine on the 12th, tracking shows it was mailed on the 16th, last tracking info was on the 19th, now status is available. Called Amazon last week and they gave me a $20 credit for the inconvenience and said I should receive it this week. Still haven’t gotten it.

Never received mine either ordered the 12th, they appear to have lost my order just shows a pickup in KY and scheduled ontime for the 18th. Did get a refund but really want this, lol. Weird some get some don’t.

I got mine, but I wouldn’t get them again. Many of the band are broken, or don’t actually make a smooth circle. The 2 ends don’t meet nicely. And they differ in thickness from one another.

I emailed the seller and received this email: Thank you for contacting us in regards to your order. We do sincerely apologize for this inconvenience as it seems that there is a delay in the DHL courier facility. We have been notified that all packages that have stopped movement will be processed and delivered. If your tracking number does not update by 1/3/2014, we can issue a replacement or process a refund.Once again we do sincerely apologize as we understand the inconveniences that may have been caused during the holiday season.
I ordered those bands on 12/12/2013 as a Christmas present. Seller stated that the package should arrive between 12/18-12/23. I did not receive it on 12/23/2013, and I emailed the seller. I was told that my package seemed to be lost. So I asked for a replacement. Finally I received replacement package on 12/30/2013. Well, too late for Christmas! Not happy at all!
I looked today and the package is finally in my town and “out for delivery”. About time!!!
