I love the stuff I’ve bought from here, but I am still waiting on an order from November 17th. Everything I order is very nice, but takes a very long time to ship.
I actually was starting to think I hadn’t ordered the scarf and earrings from that November deal(or whenever it was) but surprisingly it came Saturday. I think I have another order out there but I couldn’t find it reflected on the website. Hopefully, the arrival of mine means yours will be coming soon too.

Tracking says mine finally shipped out Dec 4 and is supposed to be delivered by usps today. So, hopefully yours is on the way. Go back to the shipping confirmation, there should be a tracking number in there.

I agree Melissa….I’m waiting on the scarf and earring set too. I ordered it for a friends birthday gift….Well it’s still not here. When I emailed them…they weren’t very apologetic and didn’t say when it would be in…just that their shipment was behind. Will not order again either.

I have not received mine from nov 17 either and when I contacted the company they said there was a huge inventory error. I will receive it by dec 10 although seeing I needed it for a dec 5 party doesn’t help me. Won’t be ordering from again.

Noting the lax in customer service, I won’t even consider buying anyways.
I have never had any issues with my Cents of Style orders, they are a bit slower at times, but shipping is free. Their customer service has been very helpful too, and they have an 800 number. I love their stuff and have always been very happy with it.

I have been happy with all of my purchases and the only one that seemed slower was the one from Nov17 but otherwise they actually seemed quick. grabbed the mint green beanie for my SIL thank you Collin!
I love their stuff too, but I’m still waiting on an order I placed 2 weeks ago. The last 2 orders I placed were 3 days apart but in the same package. Not a big deal at all, but as Christmas is getting closer, I don’t think I’ll be purchasing anything with expectations that it will be here before Xmas.

Many sites are now offering free shipment….I still don’t think that’s a reason to take 3 weeks for a product to arrive…As I post this, my Nov. 17th shipment just arrived so that’s 20 days…but I will say the product is lovely. So if I were to order again, it definitely wouldn’t be with a time frame or event in mind:)

2 out of my 3 orders I placed on the week of the 17 have not arrived yet. Hopefully the get here soon. The one scarf that did make it seems a little delicate- I’m afraid that washing it will put snags and holes in it since it already got a snag just hanging in my closet. It was ok for the deal price but I don’t think I’ll be ordering anything at retail.
Ok, status update since the packages did arrive today. Sadly I am done with this company. The aztec scarf was not the colors that I ordered. I wanted the red (since the teal had sold out) but I got the pink instead. Bummer. I’ll try for a refund on that. The Joss scarf is just cheap looking. I would pass that up even at the deal price had I seen it in person. It’s made of thin yarn. And the earrings are the wrong color. These were indeed free, but I got a choice of color at checkout. It was like another little extra something I was excited about, but now it is just one more thing that went wrong. Sheesh.

Put me on the list of “I will not order from them again.” Ordered on Nov 28. I emailed on Dec 4 and got an email back saying it shipped. DHL status on this package is STILL saying “electronic notification” was received Dec 4, but the package has STILL not been received as of Dec 8. Really? If you haven’t shipped it, don’t disrespect me by lying.

I got my earrings and scarf last week. I love the scarf. I’m not complaining about the wait time on receiving the items, because i placed my order close to the Thanksgiving holiday.
I commented this morning that I had not received the scarf and free earrings….they came this afternoon. The back of both the free earrings are bent…glad they were “free”.

I too have had difficulties with this company. Emails went ignored and the only time I received a response is when I filed a Paypal dispute. Received 2 of the three scarves…wrote off the third one.

Hello everyone! We wanted to respond to all of you since we have had nice conversations with many of you today. We just want to make sure that you were all aware of what had happened with the Nov. 17th orders so that you are all in the loop.
On Nov. 17th we ran a HUGE scarf sale and sold much more than anticipated and with Thanksgiving right around the corner, it did cause for some orders to be outside of our normal shipping times, although we still did get ALL orders out within our shipping terms- 7-10 business days. (we strive for a 3 -5 day turn around and these orders did not go out until the 10th day due to the holiday and a few other factors.) This is a very rare incident and we are so sorry!
They all left our building a week ago, and should be to you shortly, if they are not already. ALL other orders through last Tuesday have shipped, so as you can see, we are right back on track for shipping. As you know, our shipping is always FREE and we pride ourselves on quick turnaround, however, this time of year can be tough and we ALWAYS give the option for you to upgrade your shipping at an additional cost. Moving forward, we will continue with a quick turn around and will work hard to get your order to you in time for Christmas — we will have a shipping cut off date of the 17th, to ensure that all orders can arrive on time.

I have never had a problem with Cents of Style and I order probably once a month. I think its important to remember that shipping can take longer around the holidays and that companies also can’t be responsible for a blip with a shipping company. CoS always takes care of my orders and I LOVE their products and free shipping.
