I used it earlier on a North Face jacket and it took $50 off. You have to use VisaCheckout to complete transaction.
Do you happen to be on a mobile device? Sometimes that’s the issue as it’s still working for me on my laptop.

I had a lot of trouble at first too but finally it worked. First sign into your ShoeBuy account (or create it). Then use Visa Checkout and lastly, make sure there is no space at the end of the code. I copied and pasted at first which I think has a space after the last number. Once I manually put it in, it went through. Good luck!

I just used the code on a pair of Uggs and went thru ebates for 6% cash back. I put in my AmEx card and tried to checkout, but it wouldn’t work, once I checked out thru the Visa checkout (had to create an account), everything worked out just fine. I can’t believe I was able to use it on Uggs. They seem to always be excluded from any type of coupon or sale. Good luck!

I was having problems too! Try creating a shoe buy account and make sure there is no space after the promo code. I got a north face jacket for a great price. There doesnt seem to be exclusions.

How are you able to use ebates and shop discover on the same transaction?
You can’t use shop Discover, but Discover has a 5 percent cash back bonus on online shopping right now. So tunnel in through ebates and pay with your Discover card when you use Visa Checkout

Enter the promo code, proceed to checkout, and there is a separate place to enter a gift certificate on the payment section. Hope this helps.
This didn’t work for me 🙁 Entering the $10 code results in, “This is not a valid gift card.” I bet they changed it so it wouldn’t work together with a code.
I could be wrong but I think gift cards are a one time use.
It doesn’t work for certain brands. I tried to order a pair of Born boots and called customer service. Born is excluded. If you’re having issue, that’s why. Certain brands are always excluded from shoebuy.com

I got these snow boots for $50: The North Face Chilkat III Pull-On (Women’s). The had very good reviews on another site. Also used a shoebuy gift certificate sent from shutterfly/trial pay. They did seem to work together, although I don’t know if they should.

It will not work for a lots of brands. I tried to use it on a pair of Ugg boots, but it said Ugg was excluded. So I didn’t buy anything. I hate it when they have $ off if you buy a certain amount, but not all items are included. They just lost a sale.

I was able to use it on a par of UGGs. It must be only selected ones as it wouldn’t work for a couple of others. I got the UGG Classic Short Crystal Bow (Women’s). Maybe because it was on sale? The others I tried were regular price.
