I use amazon student and got mine. You should have gotten an email 2-3 days after you created your registry with instructions on how to receive the welcome box. Might want to double check your email 🙂

it took 5 days to get my email. i thought i had screwed something up but it just seemed to take forever
I hadn’t received my email 3 days later so I emailed Amazon and they got back to me right away with the instructions 🙂
I didn’t get the email either (been probably 4 or 5 days) so I took the suggestion above and emailed Amazon. We’ll see what happens. I wonder if it didn’t work because before I could create a new one, I had to delete the registry from 3 years ago from my son (now we are expecting our 2nd).
For those of you that haven’t received the email from the registry and it has been at least 2-3 days you can just add the baby welcome box to your cart and use the code that is posted in the customer reviews of the box on Amazon. I am not the one that posted that review and I am not sure if we are allowed to share the code here on hip2save but the code to get the free box is the same for everybody 🙂

FYI for those who already have a registry, I was able to delete my existing one and make a new one to take advantage of the promotion. Received my email less than 2 days later.

Yes you just sign up for amazon mom and then create a baby registry. I got the welcome to your registry email right away then two days later for the email to redeem the welcome sample box offer.

Finally able to get one!! Expecting baby 2 in october after 11 years.
I got mine today too! I got everything you listed but a few other things too. Aquaphor lotion sample tube, lore all ever strong shampoo & conditioner and a Burts Bees Deep cleansing cream. All nice sized samples too. 2oz. Wonder if different samples are sent to different people.
