I called my store, and they said it was $39.99 per pair, and BOGO Free, plus 50% off the 3rd pair.. so it’s the same price with that math.. for the 3 pairs I reserved..

Are these real? ABC 20/20 showed all the knockoffs last week. I don’t want to get cancer from the bad chemicals or support terrorism bc of it.
I just watched that. That’s scary. I bought some of these for my husband. How do you know if they are counterfeit or not?
I would imagine that if they are being sold by mens wearhouse that they are the real deal. Probably just clearanced styles.
So bothered that I spent the last 45 minutes looking and choosing jeans for my husband only for it not to work! And the phone number they give to call doesn’t even go through. Now in my cart, it shows 99.99 for the jeans. Big disappointment!

The jeans are showing up as $99 in my cart
Just got some. It was confusing as to what sizes and styles were actually 19.99 and 29.99, but used a filter for clearance only and picked size to see what was there. Ended up w/ 5 pair for about $110.
All prices in my cart changed to regular prices. I called the costumer service and waited 30 minutes, but finally got through. They said they were having problems with the website all morning. They adjusted my prices manually and I ended up getting 5 pairs of jeans for $105.
If you have the patience, try calling them to place an order by phone 🙂

Same thing happened to me. I just put my phone on speaker while I waited and the gentleman was very nice and helpful. Hopefully they come, Lucky’s are the only jeans that fit my husband well and it’s been FOREVER since he’s had new ones,

I just got through to someone on the phone (after trying for HOURS!!). I was looking at jeans earlier (about 11:30 cst) and noticed price increase when I was trying to pay after trying to sign up for their rewards program. I tried to call a million times before getting through now at 2:30. The lady acted like she didn’t know anything about the prices being increased. I told her I had screenshots of the jeans being on sale this AM that I sent to my husband and she said she would honor the screenshot prices.
My guess is they realized that they put the wrong jeans on the $19.99 clearance sale instead of the BOGO 50% off sale and switched it just before lunch. They seemed to have fixed the site slowness though because I was able to sign up for their rewards program just before calling. There are still jeans on sale for $19.99 – just not as much variety….
False advertising today–I put the $19.99 jeans in my basket and they turned into $99 jeans.

Just try calling the canada 1-855 267-8087. I tried ordering earlier today and had problems so I checked back and my price had gone WAY UP. Called the US number but the circuits are busy. Called the Canada number and went right through. Took care of me and now I have two pairs @ 19.99 each.
I called the number too. They tried telling me the jeans i wanted wasnt on clearance and that they were b1g1 50% off. I told them that i was only looking at the clearance page. She talked to her manager and they said they will honor the $19.99. So i got 6 pairs for $128.64, shipped. The US number for customer service is 18779869669 and press 3. Keep tring to call when busy. They were nice and helpful.
Went instore today, to pick up my 3 pairs of jeans. Even though I had been told over the phone this morning, that they were clearance and the same price, it was not true when I got there. They rang up $99, $49, and $99. I was fortunate that the same lady who I spoke with this morning, was still working there and had written my name down. I showed her the screenshots on my phone of the $19.99 sale, and she manually adjusted it. Very nice lady, and I felt bad that she must have been pulling a 12 hr shift, yet was still cheerful near closing. I set them out for DH to see when he gets home tonight from work. He realllllly could use a new pair of jeans, he’s been wearing the same 1-2 pairs for several weeks now, and I only found out a few days ago, that it wasn’t a fashion statement. His other ones are shredded from overuse, but he didn’t want to ask me to get him any. Hope he likes them. 🙂

I ordered them by phone yesterday, received a conf # , but never got an email conf. When i check the status using the conf #, it says “inventory fulfilled” . anybody has any idea what does that mean?

I received a few pairs that I ordered @$19.99. I was charged from $19.38- $23.80. When I called, they gave me some story that I had ordered $29.99 jeans, but they would honor the price. I had my confirmation that said $19.99. They credited me the correct difference. Please watch your charges. They are all screwed up- I definitely only ordered $19.99 ones!
