    Has anyone ever had their points disappear? I haven’t logged in for a while and now my points balance is at zero? I don’t remember exactly how many points i had before but i know it was at least a few hundred

  They changed their policy on 7/31/15. Read the new policy. It probably says something about inactivity.

  5. Any Points remaining in an Enrollee’s Account which has remained inactive for a period of 210 consecutive days or more will be forfeited without compensation. Failure to log-in to the Account constitutes inactivity for purposes of this condition.

  It might be worth emailing them about your expired points… Twice I’ve had mycokerewards expire due to inactivity and both times i’ve emailed them and they have reinstated all my points.
