What is best buys price adjustment policy? I bought on Black Friday for $299 plus tax. It cost me around $320.
I did too. I’m gonna call when our store opens to check on a price adjustment.

I think the gift card offer at Target is only available online. Not sure if you buy it online at Target, then go in store and price match if you get to keep the gift card.

I was going to do this, but my husband said he feels like it’s dishonest. And he’s right. We essentially paid $249 for the watch.
I chatted with customer service and they refused since it has a gift card offer.

I tried this as well and the customer service rep said he couldn’t price match since the gift card brought it down to the same price. He’d only match and then void the gift card.
Target would not price match – which I expected. However, the customer service rep and supervisor were extremely rude about the question. Not what I would expect from Target!
I called Target and they would price match the apple watch (and still give you the gift card) as long as I hadn’t bought it yet.

Apple is going to announce the Apple Watch 2 at an upcoming March press event so there may be even more price cuts to get rid of old inventory.
I agree with you. I ❤️ technology but have how fast it changes. Something new now will be old in less than a month. But if you wait you might be able to score a great deal compared to prices right now.

I find it so interesting that people are getting different responses concerning the price match / gift card situation. I called they store and tried to call customer service to order and was told both times that they would not do price match and gift card. What a bummer!! 🙁

I think it totally depends on how much the person at Target is following policy. I went into store and they had everything checked out, gift card and price match, then when manager had to approve she saw it and said no. Some managers must not follow or know the policy I guess.
May depend on location/district too. Just called and went into a store an hour away, in a different district and they price matched and gave the gift card! They said they were the only store in the area offering it. My lucky day!
What does target do if I return the watch I bought a few weeks ago (and received the $100 gc)? I have already spent the giftcard. Do they deduct it from the purchase price for the refund?

I purchased the watch when BestBuy had the $50 off sale. I called 888 bestbuy and as long as you didn’t buy the watch from thanksgiving to cyber Monday they will give you your credit.

I purchased one in BB online on cyber Monday at regular price. I called and was told that they can’t price match but then the lady put me on hold and said that she got approved by her supervisor to do the price match . So I got $100 back. I just hope it gets here before Christmas. (We are stationed overseas)

I was able to price match, because I bought the watch on 11/22, before Black Friday. If you bought during Black Friday or before Nov 1, you will not be able to price match. I went into the store , with my receipt, and I receive $107.94 back in cash. I was very happy. Good customer service. They would not price match over the phone. But still happy!

Yay! Just left Target and they price matched it with no hassle! I wanted the bigger one but they only have 2 and it’s the small one and in silver. It’s too hard to pass this so I bought one and got the $100 gc! I will just exchange the color I want when they get a different colors in stock. So happy! Thank you so much!!!
