I just tried to make a purchase…subtotal was $53.00 after the BOGO 1/2 off. When I applied the GIVE10 code, the total went up to $58.00; the original total minus the $10.00. Does not appear that you can do both

Don’t use it as a promo code. Once you get to the payment part of the checkout, try entering it where it’s says gift certificate/reward. That worked for me!

You don’t enter it in the promotion field. You would enter it in the payment option. It will say on there do you have a gift card or a charming Charlie rewards code.

Yes, thank you. It works as a reward and not a promo code. Sadly, most of the things I wanted earlier was no longer in stock. I did get 2 scarves for $3 so I’m okay with that. I really wish I could wear the earrings because I did see quite a few of those.
I used my $10 reward to from Charm club, and got texting gloves and chevron scarf shipped for $0.48! easy peasy teacher gift.

I have 22 students. I did get them each a book from scholastic using points (free, yay!) but my girls are obsessed with everything “girly” so I was looking through some of the little bracelets on charming charlie.
