I have had the hardest time getting in touch with someone in their customer service department…I was shipped the wrong cartridges last time there was a comboink deal on this site and I’m trying to exchange my cartridges. Has anyone else had this problem? I’m usually on hold for a long time with no response.
I had to call first thing after they opened. Otherwise it took FOREVER.
Thanks for the tip! I’ll try again!
The same thing happened to me, I have been meaning to call them, do you have the number?
Perfect timing, thx a bunch:-)
You’re welcome!
I was just thinking last night I’m on my last cartridge and need to order. I went through ebates and it’s 12.5% back! Thanks Hip2Save team!!
YW!
I’ve never bought ink cartridges outside of Walmart/officemax. Has anyone tried ink for an hp printer? Any reviews? I’m just a little hesitant! Thanks
I purchased some for my Epson the last time Colin posted a link for them and I have been very pleased. I have tried genetics before and they did not seem to work but these ones worked right Away. Plus, with 100% money back you really can’t lose.
Thanks for the ebates info! I did not even think about that last time.
Thanks for the feedback Marie!
How does combo ink work? What does it mean by “replacement cartridge?” Does that mean a used cartridge is refilled with ink. Would I need to have an old cartridge already to put the “replacement” in? I’m quite confused!
In other words, can I just buy a replacement ink cartridge from combo ink and proceed as normal like I would buying a new one?
Kind of related – How the heck does Ebates work? I’ve placed orders a couple times that should have qualified for cash back, and it’s never worked for me! Is there a specific way that you have to finish orders or close the browser? If anyone has some insight, let me know. 🙂
