   I did not have good luck with these cartridges. I installed and my ink level read half for both the color and black cartridge. I was printing for Sunday School and got about 40 sheets printed and was out of ink. These were coloring pages so should not have used that much ink. I emailed customer service and did hear back – they let me know they were full when I received them?? They were inexpensive but I wont order again.

  I had a problem with that also but with brand name cartridges. I read a tip where you can push back the one piece to view the level and place a piece of black tape over it. It tricks the printer into thinking its full and let’s you get the most out of it. The first time I did this I got at least 6 more months out of it. This is a good deal but I’d rather not buy remanufactured cartridges.

  Try to push back the black piece to visually inspect the ink level. If you can see it in there put a piece of black tape over the clear window so that you can trick the printer into thinking its full. The first time I did this I got an extra 6 months out of it.
