We got this for my son and he loves it!!!! He loves the balls and before he was crawling he would sit in there for quite awhile entertaining himself with all the dangling toys. Well worth the money. It’s nice you can use it past a tummy time mat.

I found an amazing deal on this the other day at Meijer. It was on sale for $50, then I had a special mperk for 50% off a baby play may or gym and then 10% off general merchandise purchase so I paid about $22.50 for itπŸ˜€

Oh awesome! Such a great deal!

I bought this for my daughter and absolutely hated it. She was a “normal” height for her age and it seemed to be too small for her. The sides are super flimsy and she seemed to just always hang out of it. Once she started to roll since the sides aren’t sturdy there was no containing her (or the balls). It seems to also be too slim, bc when she sat up KY was like she couldn’t move either because of the top (and yes it does come off). I tried so hard to like this toy. When my son came along (again normal height) he seemed to be too tall as well so I gave it away. Bummer.

I agree with it being too small. My son is also average height (50th percentile), and he was too long for it at about 4 months. He did love kicking the sides to make the dangling toys move though.

Oh bummer! Sorry to hear how small it was Leslie. Thanks so much for the honest feedback!

These toys are things I wish we’d just borrowed or got at yard sales… brief usefulness, and they take up a lot of space.

Thanks so much for the honest review!

I bought this at BabiesRUs during their friends and family sale a couple weeks ago. I priced matched it to Target.com’s price which was like $33 or $34 at the time, then 35% off of that with the discounts, I paid a fraction of the price. It was on my registry and I was so excited to get it lol.

      Sweet!

I got this for my daughter and we used it from about 6 weeks and are still using it! She’s now 10 months and she crawls in and out of it, but she loved grabbing for the dangling toys in her first few months!
And she’s actually always been in the 95th percentile for height, and I thought it fit her great!

    • Collin (Mrs. Hip)

How cute! So glad to hear how much she has enjoyed it! Thanks for the great feedback!

We have this but don’t use it much since the toys are too high in the air for him compared to another activity mat that we have. Plus, this one you can’t throw in the washing machine like our other mat (and he spits up all the time right now so it would be ruined if he was using this one). I think it will be fun once he’s older and can use the ball pit part, but for now, the toys are too high in the air for him to get any use out of it (he’s 3 months old). I do like that you can use it for stages to come.
