I bought the men’s basic edition the other day. Said I’d get 15.99 back in points. I used all points but 1.66…but never received points. Guess it didn’t work for them? Although I was billed, the jeans won’t be available until the 6th…. Do you think that’s the reason?
Yea that’s probably why. Points are usually posted when your order ships.
Be ready to return if points don’t post. I just did a similar deal and when i placed my order is said at the bottom of the order that I EARNED $11.20, however after two weeks of no points, I contacted Kmart customer service and they said that points listed on orders are “estimates only” and would not honor the points “earned”. Needless to say, I returned the items purchased. Just keep your receipts handy.
Try emailing Shopyourway instead of Kmart.
It’s unfortunate but most of the time I’ve contacted SYW they had no idea of all the promos happening. So I’ve taken photos of promo signs hanging in store, screenshots of orders showing points, and the tab showing what promos each item is part of.
This has been the only way to prove what i should have earned.
Has anyone who ordered last night checked their account? It says that mine shipped but I only received $17 in points and I was supposed to receive $50. (I bought 6 pairs and paid all but $.01 in points.) I have all of the screen shots before and after checkout with confirmation of the points, so I hope it works!

This happened to me a few weeks ago. I had to show my screenshots in my email to get the full amount.
But it was a headache to prove. So this time I took screenshots and am going to wait to get my full amount before spending.
