Did you use ECBs to pay for it??if so you will not receive the $1 ECBs back!! It gave back ECBs in the past even using ECBs exclude milk, gift cards alcohol …not anymore they changed their register !!
The milk here is $1.99 so just .99 after ECBs
In my area, California, they never offer extra bucks back on milk.

Our gallons in Normal IL are .64 at Hyvee Meijer Aldi. Eggs are .30. Chocolate milk for 1/2 gallon is .38. We are loving the prices!!!! Been like this for a few months.

The Milk prices at cvs are ALWAYS regional. in Chicago, we get $1 ECB back, but pay $1.99, so our milk is $.99
