I have been unable to use the code DBNV16B and the customer service person says they don’t accept other codes-just what is on their own website which is FESTIVE but the discount is only 25% with that code. Please help-I really want to order 2 sets!

I called customer service right away within 30 minutes of placing the order and they wouldn’t allow me to cancel. They said it was already confirmed and in the process of shipping! The customer service rep didn’t seem too concerned with my dilemma. Disappointed with Lenox.com response and their inability to help me. Thank you Mrs. Hip for your help however! Next time I will try another browser or wait for a response from you!
