   Showtime is the best of all the premium stations. Best shows: Homeland, Shameless, the Affair, Billions, Ray Donovan…we watch all of them!

   Thanks so much for sharing these! I signed up for both Showtime and Starz. According to my account, it looks like they’ve given me a free month of Starz rather than just 7 days! I went to “Manage Your Video Subscriptions” in my account to cancel the subscription right after signing up so that I don’t forget to cancel later but can still watch.

   If you subscribe directly to HBO (with cable tv) can you add it to your prime subscriptions or do you have to buy a second subscription?

  you can sign into hbo go with your cable subscription, you just use your cable providers log in. thats how we watch hbo. if you dont have a cable subscription you can actually sign up for an independent subscription with hbo now, they are identical in content.

   This is awesome! I’ve been wanting to watch Game of Thrones but didn’t want to pay for it. 30 day trial of HBO should be enough time to get through most of it. Yay!

   I got the HBO trial, but how do I get the one for showtime? Also, does this translate to Roku since I am a Prime member?

  This does show up in roku. Click amazon app and once loads you will see channels listed near the top and should find them there. Hope that helps!

   Curious if it is better to get Showtime separately for $11 than $8 with Prime because it looks like you can’t watch recent seasons of shows. I want to watch current seasons.
   Any info? New to Prime & need to learn how to take more advantage of it. I need a Prime class! lol
