   I searched “colegate” on mobile site via link but couldn’t pull it up. I had to use drop down menu in the coupon section and select “personal care” category. Just fyi

   I just went to get mine and my Manufacturer’s Q did not work. Thankfully, the manager overrided the system and put .50 then scanned the .50 Q she had. Anyone else have a problem?

  It didn’t work because u shouldn’t of used the .50 cent coupon along with the 3.00 digital coupon because they are both mfr coupons. U can only use one or the other. Not both!

   I loaded it to my card but it didnt take it off in my transaction. I could see that it’s a saved offer in my wags app . Manager told me to go home and clip the coupon. I tried to explain that is not how digital coupons work. But he and the cashier didnt know how to apply it to the transaction. Does anyone know if I have to wait a certain amount of time after loading before I can use it?

  I loaded it from the app on my phone while I was in the store and it came off as well as several other digital offers I clipped right before checking out. Maybe try another store?

  Same thing happened to me. It was my first time using digital coupons. In my experience, the digital coupons won’t show up if I entered my phone number or use the Walgreens card. I had to open the Walgreens app and click on Balance Rewards. Then, click on “Show Your Rewards Card” so the cashier can scan it. Hopefully, this works for you next time.
