   I’ve always found a lot of these Dr. Seuss items in $1 as a regular price in my Target.

   These typically go on clearance eventually. I bought a ton at 90% off during the fall sale for school supplies. I’m all set now for this year’s Dr. Seuss’ week but can’t wait to stock up again when they go on clearance! I love that it keeps coming back to the shelves.
