  The only limit I find on redeeming rewards is: “Rewards certificates cannot be used on purchases of any gift or prepaid cards.” Hope this helps!

  The only thing I find they will not work on is gift card or prepaid card purchases.

   I’ve never gotten rewards either. Typically how long before they expire? I don’t shop at the office store often

  Here is what I find in the details: “Rewards certificates expire 60 days from the date of issuance. The expiration date is printed on your rewards certificate.”

  Can you tell me if your reward was in $10 increments or was the reward for the whole amount, like $10.39. I know the batteries are for the exact amount spent but most all other rewards point the points but only pay out in $10 increments, which is 1,000 points.

  When they are on bonuses like this u will get the total back in rewards…
  Not in $10 increments. At least I did with the batteries a few months ago.

   And I am able to buy Ink, photo papers and what not with those rewards, so I am guessing they work just like $ off

   I decided to check out how their rewards work before making a purchase and this is what I took from their info. It looks like you can only redeem in $10 increments and points are only added once a month. So I’d be sure to get as close to the $10, 20, 30, etc mark but be sure you’re over before tax or you may miss out on being able to redeem part of your points without making another purchase. I honestly don’t shop there often except during their back to school sales so I’m glad I checked first!

  I could be wrong but it very clearly states on their rewards page “reach 1000 points for $10 reward” and “reward at every 1000 points”. What else could that mean?

  I just checked the terms and that’s exactly what it means. From their site “Example: If you have 1,200 points at the end of January, you will receive a $10 rewards certificate and 200 points will carry over to February. If at the end of March you have not earned an additional 800 points to meet the 1,000 point minimum, you will forfeit the 200 Points.”

  That is for the regular rewards program. These are bonus ones and are different than the regular program. You will get a reward for 100% of the amount you spend.

    I’ve never had problems with rewards. I’ve never looked at the official rules, but I have done this many times. I always get my points. It takes a while, but if you’re patient, it’s worth it. I almost always use my reward money to purchase ink. I also price match the ink as well. There was once a big sign saying that they weren’t price matching Amazon anymore, see store associate for details. However, when I talked to the sales associate, she said most Amazon prices still count. I price matched Amazon and used my reward money. I love these deals. Just my experience. Other stores may be different.

    I am not sure how this works. I click the link go to the Office Depot Page then I click 100% back on cleaning items. I see a list of items (don’t see anything about promotion) I selected 5 Charmin TP packs. I signed in to my Rewards Acct and go to checkout but still see nothing about the promotion. So I am only interested in the deal if I get the rewards. Not sure if I am doing something wrong but I certianly don’t want to order andd have this shipped if I won’t get the rewards. Any advise?

  Anne, I purchased four Tide and one Dawn and received Rewards for the exact amount I paid for all five items. I, too, was concerned since there was nothing indicating I would receive the Rewards but the items were delivered to my door in two days and the credit appeared within three or so days. I just looked today and was shocked to see it already. Hope this helps!

    I actually had to call them when I did the 100% back on batteries and something else around Christmas time. A month later i never received them. The guy om the phone helped and sent them through to do it. And evem credited me the ppints from the end of last quarter too.
