Did you know that Staples offers a 110% price match guarantee?
Yes, it’s true! If you find a currently available lower price on a new and identical item, just show the Staples cashier or an associate at the customer service desk the lower price when you buy the item at Staples and they will match it plus will discount it by 10% of the difference.
And if you purchase an item from Staples and tell them within 14 days that you found that item at a lower price in their stores or online at Staples.com, they’ll refund the difference! Check out more details HERE.
Collin, some of these prices seem higher than your usual stock up price?? Do you think they will be cheaper in the next few weeks?
If Staples does like last year, they’ll have “special” pieces that STICK all summer. They’ll never get better. I did 99% of my school supply shopping at Office Depot last year because they had MUCH better prices. I anticipate doing the same this year.
*special PRICES
Hey there Julia! It is likely that prices will get even lower in July and August! 🙂
This seems crazy since we just got out of school last week! I know many kids get out earlier than us but still crazy!
I know. This is really crazy because my little nieces and nephews aren’t even out of school yet! They don’t get out until tomorrow and the back to school sales are already starting?! What???
Here in AZ, we are less than a month from starting back! Some schools start 7/24, so many times, we have already had to buy school supplies before the best sales are even posted.
School just let out June 9th. Stores are rushing things. TARget has summer on clearance already.
Noooo! Not back to school already 😩
My kids dont go back till august 8 or so but i am not ready for this
I protest this post. Summer forever!
Amen 🙌🏼
Yes!! 👍 That is a protest I can support! 🌞
Walmart has Crayola items for same price in-store. You can order online and they will adjust purchase for in-store price! I stocked up for our Christmas shoeboxes! Glue sticks cheap also. They usually have these items on sale by 7/4 every year.
Does anybody say are these prices are ok?
Hey there Sri! It is likely that these Back to School prices will get even lower in July and August!
Thanks Erica!!!
Well my kiddos dont even get OUT for the summer until 6/27 so i refuse to go back to school shopping. I refuse!!!
Wow! Starting early!
Is this online as well? Is this the best place for school supplies?
These are available in store only. Items can vary by store. Hope this helps!
All I can think is “50cent glue.” If there are penny deals at office max again, I will get millions of them for my daughter’s slime.
How do you make slime?
Here you go! 😉 https://hip2save.com/2016/07/23/homemade-slime-recipe-just-2-ingredients/
Glue (White liquid glue clear/white) and tide and food coloring (optional) thats it then mix when you see it clump up kneed it then your done!!!
I am so thankful the ads are popping up all ready. we ended the school year May 27th and go back August 10.
I think we are getting to the point of stores having every seasonal thing out all year around including school supplies. That way if you want to buy Fourth of July stuff on Christmas and Easter on Thanksgiving then everyone will be happy.
Ha!! That made me laugh..thanks for the smile. 🙂 💗
LOL!! 🙂 . 😉 . 🙂 . 🙂 that is crazy but true
It’s easy to think this is annoying (my kiddo just got out last week). But a lot of districts go back in the next month or so and many only have a few weeks off in the summer. We aren’t a cookie cutter country when it comes to school breaks. I’m sure many parents appreciate the earlier sales, even if they aren’t as good as the July/August sales. Love ok away if it makes you crazy 🙂
*Look, not love 🙂
This past Saturday evening I was at Target, the school supplies were replacing the summer fun items. I had to quickly turn and walk the opposite direction.
I saw that too this weekend. I went to look at some summer stuff and they were removing it, I left.
Jeez! The kids JUST got out!!
These stores put stuff out earlier & earlier every year! Why don’t they just leave school stuff & holiday stuff out on sale all year long!!
If I can get supply’s cheap, I buy them when I can, when I have the money. 50 cents for compo books or a box of crayons is great! Down here in Fl our school supply list are given out the day school ends for the summer, because they are so crazy! It’s a lot of things to buy even for just my 2 kids. We get out for the summer June5th, and go back at the end of August. I buy them the whole summer, when I can and when they are cheap enough. By the way- The dollar store, Dollar tree, and Holla.com are also cheap place to buy school supplys. 🙂
I still appreciate this post! Like today I learned stock up price for Crayola is 25 cents… I hoarded it last year at 50 cents each 🙁
I’ll also be waiting for the Lands End backpack deal, I remember it was pretty close to school opening.
What happened to the one cent sale for 2017? Did I miss it??????😴😪😫
