   This offer never worked for me. I got last year twice and now again but never took off 15 . Even I went through the email list link.
   I also contacted PayPal and he said I have to purchase first and then I will get $15 which is is not true because offer says it will apply at the end of payment process

  I’ve used this offer before and it does not come off at checkout. You do have to purchase and then Paypal sends an e-mail afterwards letting you know they’ve applied the discount. (The correct funds are removed from your account..)

  When you go through check out with Paypal it will show you that the $15 coupon will be applied. This is before you confirm the order and before it directs you back to 1800flowers’ site.

   I have gotten this deal 2-3x a year for the past two years and love it! You can get peanuts for 15.99, or some of the many sale items left from Christmas. I had a credit so bought a couple items to get over the $15 minimum – Harry and David Pears for 12.49 and some chocolates. First I open my PayPal account and make sure this is activated in my wallet. Then I go thru Ebates to get 20% cash back. Then I go thru the regular check out process and only select PayPal at the very end. PayPal will show the $15 credit in the payment information before you confirm.

  Thanks so much for the great description on how to do this heather! I used ebates, free shipping with shop runner. Picked a sale item- mug full of goodies! The PayPal $15 applied once I logged into Paypal. Fun surprise for my momma on the Monday before Valentines Day!

  Also, I have found I get the Ebates cash back off of the original price before the PayPal credit. So you should get 20% off of whatever your total was. 👍

    I bought https://www.1800flowers.com/w/gourmet-pantry/coffee-tea-beverages/51011?cmCategoryId=400148995&categoryId=400148995
    what I did was: Sign in to shoprunner and Paypal.
    From shoprunner go to flowers.com and select item in cart.
    Then ebates popped up saying 20% off, I applied that.
    On my payment screen chose paypal and did payment of 19.XXX
    I got email saying that the payment was adjusted to reflect $15 off.
