I bought this last time it was on sale. It’s really comfy and a very attractive chair! I was worried about buying sight unseen but it’s great quality and took me 10 minutes by myself to unbox and put together.

I bought 2 of these chairs when they went on sale for around $220. They are easy to put together with one person and comfortable. I was shocked. I called JC Penney and they refunded the difference so I could have it at this price. Woohoo! And I used eBates for 10% cash back.

I am a 5’7″ 200 lb woman. Very comfortable & easy to assemble on my own.
Not so happy with JC Penney customer service. I was on the phone with them over an hour being told by “Anna” that company policy does not allow for refunds or credits when applying a coupon code. When I asked for a copy of the company policy, she told me they did not email, mail, or have in store, copies of the policy. I then spoke with “Carlos” who advised he will credit my Visa the difference in 3-5 days. Persistance paid off, but over an hour of “my” time is worth more. Will be waiting to see the credit.

Does anyone know what material the colored versions are? They look almost faux leather, but the description says polyester.

They are not faux leather or microfiber. They are truly polyester.

I was looking for a chair and I found a Good buy.
Are they good with heavy weights. Do they sink in quickly?I am looking for something strong n doesn’t get distorted
I bought these several months ago. I would say they are comfortably firm and in my opinion they don’t have issues with sinking in. My father is very tall and has issues getting up from a sitting position due to his age, these are his preferred seats at my house because they are comfortable but still firm enough that it is easy for him to get up from.

I have lower back issues from my back surgery and was so excited to get this chair. My sister works in a furniture store and stated it was an excellent deal, as you would probably pay around $400 in a furniture store. We just received it and it is still in the box. I saw that the priced drop, so I chatted with them yesterday and they told me to return and re-buy. I saw another hipster got an adjustment and I called today and they were so helpful and matched the price. I am one happy camper. Thanks so much for sharing such an awesome deal.

I purchased these chairs on Sunday. I just called to see if they would issue a price adjustment, and I got a big fat no. Any tips on how to go about getting one…for those of you who did?
I would say be persistent, and ask for a supervisor of your unhappy with the answer you are getting.
Just keep calling. I was told no on chat and I said that they were breaking their 14 day price adjustment and so I called and they fixed it. Be persistent and try new people.
There is a “Brown” that is $8 more, which is the color I purchased. By the time I got to the deal last night, the Heather Grey was OOS and I don’t even see it as a color this morning, which is the color I really wanted! But such a good deal, I went for the brown!

Love the recliner. got mine today. Anyone taller than 5’10” might not like the size, because of the fit.
