Well worth the money! I have noticed a huge difference in the texture of my skin, it’s so much smoother. The pores along my nose are also smaller and I have less blackheads. I highly recommend this product.

I had good luck with my Luna for less than a year. It just quit working after about 11 months. Unfortunately, I purchased it during a move and forgot to register it for the warranty. Of course they would not replace it. I was also unable to get any help from Sephora. It was so very upsetting. Because I had paid $199 for a full size device that now just takes up space in my cabinet. I had never splurged on something like that and now I know why!
Karen, did you by chance utilize a charge card when purchasing it… a charge card that automatically doubles the normal warranty? I actually just got done having an issue like that but with the lights we have on our bikes. One of the lights stopped functioning, after the manufacturer’s 1-year warranty. I had NOT registered it with the company (not even sure it was offered tho). Like I said, my credit card automatically doubles any warranty and I filed a claim with my credit card. I had to submit the receipt, the written warranty for the product (which I got from the company’s own webpage), and had to purchase a replacement light, which I then submitted that receipt. Bottom line, I got the full price I paid for the original bike light back. Worth checking into if I were you. Good luck.
They have rubber brushes like this at the dollar store. Manual yes but only a buck!
